This JCP is nice. Very easy to find parking even right after work during a weekday. I come to this store often since it’s by work. There are not huge messes everywhere like other JCPs. There is some cleanliness to this store. They use to have a cash register in the Willington brand section for women casual clothing but they turned it into a clearance rack area now. Not such a good idea since the register by women’s dresses always has a line. But they made up for it by pretty much always having at least two registers open at that station.
The only thing this JCP needs is the price scanning machines !! Please please please. That would eliminate time spent at registers if there were scanners with signs in the most popular areas. Reduce time spent at registers which means more people will wait to buy since there is a quick turn around. I can’t imagine how many people put their stuff on the rack by the exit because they don’t want to wait. :-)
This is my second favorite jcp. First is easy Brunswick since their shoe department is better. This shoe department always is short staffed.
