During Smowmageddon on the east coast my Customer Service employees were able to work remotely with full desktop and call center functionality thanks to EvolveIP’s DaaS and UC-one mobile app offerings.

We’ve been using Evolve IP for almost 4 years with their hosted VoIP solution. We have been satisfied with their service. I would highly suggest that you get a private circuit between your office and Evolve IP that they manage. Remote user call quality will vary depending on their Internet access level.

My company decided it was time to move to VOIP when we recently relocated our corporate headquarters. After reviewing several providers we chose Evolve. We have been so pleased with the service, deployment and support that we have added two more locations to our network in 6 months since the initial deployment. We have plans to add six more locations in 2016. Evolve has become a great partner to help us easily scale VOIP for our company.

Good products, responsive support. Self-management portal that allows me to adjust and maintain almost anything I need to. Good communication from company on issues. A great customer loyalty program! They appear to be focuses on innovation, as well.

These guys are awful. I made one of my worst business decisions going with this company. Their technology does not work, the phones are awkward to use, and the reliability was deplorable. They are cheaper than Verizon and their sales pitch is solid but once they sell you, it’s your problem from then on.
