Edible Arrangements

Very weak presentation and customer service. Went in here to see if they had any Easter arrangements. Upon walking in no employee could be seen, and the whole space just looks shabby and neglected. One arrangement sat in the large fridge, the rest of it empty. How sad. A young female employee finally emerged from the door in the back, and you could just tell right away that she’d rather be anywhere else than working here. I asked if they have Easter arrangements and she proceeded to take out a large binder with laminated pages. I flipped to the «Easter» tab and there was nothing there. I told her and she basically rolled her eyes and said «yea, that book is pretty old and probably out of date, but you can look on our website and order from there.» She was standing behind the counter at a computer, so I assumed she meant she was going to let me take a look then and there. But no, she actually meant I should go home and place my order, and then come back and pick up. Just bad. At this point I knew I wasn’t going to give this place a dime. Terrible customer service, bad employee attitude — I mean, do they even care about making a sale? Won’t be going back, ever.

I alway enjoy the high quality of the arrangements from this location. I’ve had the fortune of receiving a few arrangements from this store and have really enjoyed them. In the past I’ve had some pretty bad experiences receiving chocolate covered fruits but the arrangements are always amazing!

We’ve used Edible Arrangements quite a few times and the arrangements are always beautiful and tasty. The staff is friendly and attentive but unfortunately, when this location moved from its previous location in Villanova they lost one of the lovely young women I had been dealing with there for years.

Every time I give someone one of these gifts, such as a gift wrapped box of chocolate dipped strawberries, their eyes light up. It’s great for coworkers, hostesses, teachers, neighbors… Everyone loves it. Awesome gift to give & to receive!

Very disappointed. Very incompetent service. My husband ordered (and paid for) 3 arrangements for Valentine’s Day. 2 arrived (at 6 hours intervals) and the 3^rd never arrived. The labels clearly indicated «1 of 3» and «3 of 3». After trying to call all afternoon, finally somebody picks up to tell us that they had only 2 orders in the system and nothing can be done Til monday. Thank you for ruining Valentine’s Day for one of my kids.
