I had these guys package and ship some sconces for me. They did not wrap the oil rubbed bronse bases. Just laid them on top of each other. Then surrounded them with styrofoam peanuts. They arrived all scratched and now are ruined. Useless!

This place is complete scam. Never again will I ship anything from here. I brought in a box to ship Fed Ex to ship that was already boxed up and just need the label added. They charged me $ 30 and being clueless I paid. When I got home I typed in the same dimensions on the box, and weight, and the charge from Fed Ex was $ 11!!!
I understand they are a business and all but an additional $ 19 to bring the box to FedEx? Give me a break!!! Also, when I asked them about their prices they said the price never differs from a couple of dollars from what FedEx charges.
When I brought this to their attention they claimed the cost was calculated from some complicated formula put into the computer. Please don’t make the same mistake as me, do not pay them to ship anything for you and if you do PLEASE do a price comparison and bring this to their attention.

Easy, fast, smooth, professional, friendly, prompt, good value — why is not everything like this? (I am a completely new customer, with no connection whatsoever to the guy there.) Could not have been less hassle or simpler.
