This place is wonderful! The food was very delicious and the service was great, too. We started with an order of spring rolls, the Californian and Shrimp. They were huge! The ingredients were so fresh and the peanut sauce was tasty and rich. We ordered the grilled pork sandwich, pad Thai, and Hue’s Special. Everyone loved what they ordered. We will definitely come here again.

WE ordered two meals. The vermicelli was great but the other order was dried out chicken chunks covered in a sauce. It was like eating cardboard. When we brought it to the wait persons attention she lied to us saying, «Thats the way people like it.» «No way». then she promptly entered the kitchen and loudly let the kitchen have it for their poor quality food! She did not offer to reduce our bill or give us another order. From other reviews this restaurant seems sketchy. It ok to have an issue with food, but to lie about it was a big«NO» in my book.

Brought another new convert to the wonderful fresh food here. Her apprehension was soon disolve to delight. This place is as good as any I have eaten at in the city.

Service was very slow. Almost an hour to get food and there seemed to be some type of argument with the chef and the guy we ordered from. We Ordered spring rolls, lettuce wraps, phở, fried rice, and a few smoothies. Spring rolls were just ok. Seemed like the sprouts were not so fresh. Lettuce wraps were underwhelming. Phở was decent, but was not given fresh basil to mix in and there was not chili available to mix in. Also, the house special phở that is supposed to come with tripe and tendon does not have tripe or tendon… Take it off the menu. Phở connoisseurs will be disappointed here.

Worst customer service ever. Walked in and then 4 other tables walked in after us. We were third in line to get our order taken. Sat there for 20 minutes with no drinks. Then it took 30 minutes for our food. Not to mention my friend had his food 10 minutes before mine came out. I will never go back again.

Amazing. We just moved from Dallas and had our fingers crossed for a good Phở house. This beats some of our favorites in Dallas. Great beef phở, great spring rolls, great pork vermicelli! My husband has been to Vietnam and craves banh mi after his visit… this definitely satisfied that! Huge portions, great food! Be prepared to wait because the kitchen is slow… but well worth it!

The worst customer service I have ever had in my life. The food was not worth the $ 10 for one plate. I placed a to go order. I got there and decided to eat there. When I opened my container, it was not the dish I wanted. They REFUSED to refund my money or make the dish I wanted. I was never rude or mean, but got treated like garbage. I will never eat there again or refer any because this place is based on bad morals. How are you going to take someone’s lunch money and not give them lunch. Sounds like a bully. I would give them ZERO stars if it was an option And apparently the owner like to talk smack over Unilocal, don’t waste your time or money at a place that is owned by a person so low.

Picked up a quick BBQ Pork bánh mì to-go this afternoon. Flawless as always! Well, almost flawless… Not sure if I got the«Suburban White Girls Can’t Handle Spicy» version or if they’ve simply started leaving the sriracha off the sandwiches altogether and letting the customers add it themselves. Considering that the sandwich still had plenty of(weirdly mild) jalapenos in with the fillings I’m leaning more towards the second conclusion. Unfortunately, I don’t carry sriracha in the car with me.(Weird, right?) But, on the super awesome plus side of things, I was able to use up some of my own fermented sriracha chili sauce I’d recently brewed up in my own kitchen. I wear a lab coat when I cook. You should try it some time. It’s pretty awesome. NOTE: Lack of sriracha did not slow me down a single microsecond whilst inhaling the first half of my bánh mì during my whole five minute trip back to the house. SECONDNOTE: The lack of sriracha isn’t a complaint, more of an observation and lighthearted conjecture of a probable change in how they present their sandwiches for consumption. If you think about it for a bit, this makes both good business and culinary sense, as it’s pretty easy to overdo the chili sauce on a dish to the point that some people will be physically unable to eat it. Not being able to eat one of these deliciously fabricated bánh mì would be a terrible terrible fate indeed.

The place here is nicely decorated and designed. Better than that, this is our second time here because we loved the servers, the service and the food the first time here. They have many great choices on the menu, but we especially like the choices of Phở and the spring rolls since my daughter prefers no gluten in her diet. I might add that the vegetables were as fresh as you can expect. Two thumbs up from us.

1st time eating here since new owners took over. Huge improvement and much more authentic Vietnamese cuisine. Spring rolls were fresh and delicious. I had the Singapore noodles and it was very tasty. We will definitely be back and a regular here.

The place is really cute. Not at all what I was expecting. Some of the best spring rolls I’ve had. Everything was great!

I have been a fan of Vietnamese food for over 20 years since I was introduced to it at Mai’s in Houston. I am disappointed that HACHIE has a restaurant with such HORRIBLE.FOOD. I went yesterday and had spring rolls and pork vermicelli. The bean sprouts and lettuce were old and bitter. They tasted the way you might expect them to taste if they were grown fresh but were unwashed and OLD. SOOOOO disappointed! Never again.

I’m a total foodie when it comes to any kind of food but especially Vietnamese! This place is under new management. I was on a business trip from Sarasota and craved for phở I walked in and was greeted by a big smile from the owner, I asked him if he have special drip coffee to wake me up… they did! And if you never have Vietnamese coffee this is a must, takes time to make every drip so tasty! I ordered fresh spring rolls to start… the roll was perfect, packed with shrimps & pork, the drip was so good I licked the bowl. I wanted more so I order phở, and normally if this soup is make with msg this will leave me with a big headache and put me to sleep. The phở came out with plenty of meat, fresh onion and cilantro, along side a fresh dish of basil, bean sprouts and jalapeño and before adding the hoisin sauce and Sriracha I sipped the broth and right away I knew I was in the right place. heaven!!! On my business trip I ate there 3 times in 1 week. I got to know the new owner and they are so nice! Will be back every business trip. Congratulations on your new restaurant.

I went there this weekend. I am new to trying Phở. There is new management and a expanded menu. The chicken dumplings were great. The pork chops was delicious. The beef and rice with bell peppers was perfect. Excellent food and service. I have never had phở before so I have no comparison but it was tasty. Next time I will get a smaller serving of phở. The large serving is huge. I’m very excited about this place and can’t wait to visit again.

Terrific Phở. Hours can be a bit erratic, as I’ve called or stopped in to find it closed several times. If ypu want to go here, I would call ahead just in case.

Thankful to have a place to order a good quality bowl of phở close to home. We love Vietnamese food and this place is extremely convenient. Not the best we have ever had, but really delicious for Waxahachie. Service is not the best, but they are short staffed. As I stand at the to-go counter, I can see the staff working so hard. Probably the owner taking orders, cooking, and attending table. Don’t come into this place expecting royal treatment, but you will be fed well. The food is good and worth a little patience. We have been repeat customers. I recommend Spring Rolls to start, P1 beef phở with rare steak, and a boba Thai tea! Yum!

I walked in and only 2 customers in the place and no servers in sight. Could hear them in the kitchen. Waited several minutes. Finally got the menu and ordered #P2. Rare sirloin and cooked beef… Very little beef in the soup. No vegetables other than bean sprouts, basil and peppers… And those were scant. Somewhat tasteless … They are very nice… They just need to stop trying to save money…

It’s so sad that the owners of this restaurant are so lazy. Why do they taunt us with a Phở Restaurant so close to home and then fail so miserably to run the restaurant properly? They are constantly out of something, often something as basic as chicken phở and eggrolls. It is almost like a joke on Waxahachie. Maybe they are just trying to finish out the lease on the yogurt business that went bust. Sad, because when they do manage to have what I come in for, the food is good. Somebody in the family knows how to cook, but I suppose they are just too lazy to cook enough. Too bad. They will be gone soon :(But let this be a lesson to all the Asian restaurants in town. Phở would sell if you make it. I’m sure of that.

Place was empty. Ran out of bean sprouts! This place is more for people who have never tried it. Will come back later to actually try food. They didn’t have any basil either. I love phở, but don’t know about this place. It wasn’t even 5pm yet, how do you run out before dinner rush. Smh, just walked out.

–2016 Under new management — food is great now under new owners. We go there at least once a week to get our viet food craving satisfied! –2015 This place just opened so was not the best. I’m hoping with time they will improve on quality and service. Waitress came back 2nd time to make sure she had the order right. Then delivered the wrong food to the wrong person. Given we were 1 of 2 tables in the restaurant. Egg rolls tasted like lumpia. Pad Thai tasted like chow fun. Food was not quite up to par. I would go back in a year to see how they’ve progressed. New business — will give them a second chance in the future.

This place is terrible. I understand that this is a new business and they are trying to work out the kinks but that doesn’t account for the terrible food. When we arrived their stove wasn’t working, but they didn’t let us know that until after we ordered. My husband and I ordered Pad Thai. Besides from taking 45 minutes to cook, the noodles were overcooked, tasteless and swimming in oil. It was so bad, we left without finishing our meal.
