Compton’s Carpet Cleaning and Restoraation, Inc.

I had mike over to clean up 3 rooms of carpet he was in and out in 45 minutes. I was impressed on him being on time but however the puppy stains and odors came back after the carpets dried. I had to get another company to come out and redo the carpets for a cheaper price and had better results. Beware of promises from this company.

This is the best carpet cleaner in Ellis County, no hidden costs, Mike was our cleaner and he was very nice and very good. It’s wonderful to get great service and not get ripped off on price and false promises. Comptons is the best!

I had a plumbing issue at my house and had to get my carpets cleaned. I had heard of Compton’s before and found their information online. The whole process was easy from start to finish.
When I called the office staff was very helpful, professional and «home town nice»! Even the day of the appointment I called to see when they would come out due to a possible conflict and the very nice woman in the office sent Mike right over.
When Mike arrived he was very nice and professional. I showed him the areas to be cleaned and he got right to work. In no time he was done and showed me the high quality work. I was amazed that every stain had come up leaving the carpet new looking.
Overall it was an awesome experience and I will recommend Compton’s to anyone and will use them again!

Scheduled for the morning of 11÷11÷14 @ 9:00 am and I fully expecting them to be late as most service providers are. The Compton’s truck pulled into my drive at 8:59 am. Mike introduced himself and fully explained the carpet cleaning process. Mike did not appear as if he wanted to get in and get out but rather gave me the impression he was there to do a good job. He worked at a great pace and helped me move furniture as needed.
This is my first experience with a carpet cleaning company. I give them an A+.
Note: There were a few stains that could not be removed; however, it was not due to a lack of trying.
