This is the messiest Belk I’ve ever had the displeasure of being in. Not only does it constantly look like its having a store closing sale but I’ve just walked around in it FOR AN HOUR and not one employee acknowledged my presence. I have the «black» Belk card. I shop at Belk often but I guess I will continue to go out of my way to another one where they understand customer service and neatness.

I’ll call it an upscale Beall’s. Store was very nice, but no real opinion because I was just following my wife around while she spent money.
