I have lived in a number of Apartments across US. And, believe me if I consider the below Points, Fountains of Wauwatosa tops the list.
1. Value for Money
2. Management — Julia takes care of all the Issues brilliantly. She is helpful, flexible and responsible.
3. Safety — I had was little skeptical initially when I moved in, reading some old reviews, but as of 2013 this Apartment is safe.
4. Location
I had to move out because of work, but I still miss living in this apartment.

I lived here for 2 years (2004-06). Spacious apartments, attentive management, indoor parking (a huge plus during Wisconsin winters), and being directly adjacent to a nice park with a par 3 golf course made it a great place to be. If only my rent now could be what I paid at the Fountains…
