Ok, had pizza for dinner last night at Pizza Hut in wauseon Ohio. Not sure what the issue was with our waitress but she was not on her game. Acted as tho she didn’t want to be their. She messed up our beverage order, delivered our pizza and we only seen her 1 time before we were ready to leave. After waiting for the check for a good 15 minutes, we then had to wait for a box to bring the rest home as well as her finally returning with our receipt to sign. I totally freaked out my husband when I didn’t leave her a tip because being a former waitress, I always leave something. Pizza was good and we will go back, however I hope our waitress is better.

Wauseon only has a handful of family sit down restaurants. The food is just like any Pizza Hut and the new redesign is beautiful but the service 90% of the time is terrible. You’ll be lucky if you get waited on or served your food in a timely matter. The poor service is so frequent that you just expect it to be that way every time you visit, which is sad. The local manager did reach out to me when I reached out to corporate about their poor service on my last visit but I have yet to return.

The service is ok, and the food is like any other pizza hut. The other person wrote a review about the salad bar. Unless they just added one, I have never been there when there was a salad bar. I wish they would have a buffet also.

Stopped at Pizza Hut in Wauseon with family for Sunday brunch/​dinner. The salad bar was extremely fresh and they even had green olives (one of my favorite salad garnishings). Along with the salad bar we ordered a large specialty pizza and a medium pepperoni hand tossed pizza with an order of wings and bread sticks, The cheese bread sticks were excellent and I wanted more. The pizza was very good, although the veggie toppings were not as cooked as some restaurants. The drinks they offered were ice tea and Pepsi products. (no sweet tea though which is a favorite of my granddaughter). Over all the service was good and the food tasty. We will be going back again.
