Dr. Salm and his staff are very nice. Going to a dentist is never my best outing, but this dentist makes it a pleasure. He patiently and clearly describes your options when it comes to dental work that needs to done and his work is excellent. The office has up-​to-​date dental equipment to provide the best treatment. What is really great is that he can make the crown in his office on the same visit. So today I had a root canal and the permanent crown installed in one sitting. No need to have a temporary and return in 2 weeks to have the permanent crown installed. Dr. Salm explains what he is doing as he performs his dentistry, which I like; but if you are not into that he will be quite except when he feels it is really necessary to explain. His friendly staff offers alternative methods of payments which minimizes that pain. His office hours works well with my work schedule too. Location and parking is easy. Right off of Waukesha’s by-​pass, on the corner of Hyw 59 (Less Paul Parkway) and East Broadway.

Dr. Salm and his staff are just excellent, including my special needs daughter. The staff is friendly, very helpful with insurance issues, making Recommendations and offering alternatives (due to time of year — end of year). Always concerned about comfort and Dr. Salm follows up with phone calls (very personable and concerned).

Excellent dentist. This is not a production line office. Rather, Dr. Petersen is in the business because he likes doing dentistry. He does the work himself. He gets to know his patients personally.
Appointments are never rushed. Doctor Petersen takes the time and does all the work himself. He pauses for conversation. A nice guy.
Doctor Petersen attends regular seminars and keeps himself current. He has been my Dentist for 16 years and will be so for the rest of my life.
