I recently had the misfortune of having hail damage on my roof. A well-respected neighbor told me to contact Reeves Home Improvemeny(RHI), as they replaced his roof on his home and some of his income properties. I contacted Chris from RHI and he was present when the insurance adjustor(s) reviewed the damage. I was able to get close to 50%, of the roof covered by insurance. Without Chris using his experience to point out some of the damage, I am not sure that I would have received any money. The adjustor told me that I certainly needed a new roof, especially by the valley. Rather than roll the dice, I decided to get a roof immediately. RHI was able to accomodate my request and schedule a crew right away and they also purchased the appropriate work permits. The dumpster and crew showed up first thing in the morning and I had a new roof before dark. The crew was absolutely professional the whole time. Bob, the foreman, answered any questions I had and seemed to be engaged with his workers in in all aspects of the roof replacement. Bob was able to tell me about the type of shingle that I purchased and the pros and cons of the product. At the end of the day, the crew hovered over my lawn, driveway and deck with a magnet and broom retrieving any nails or shingles that fell off the roof. This was repeated numerous times. I found only one nail after they left, and it was directly under the dumpster which was unreachable by the crew. They swept my driveway and raked around the house… I could not have been more impressed. I can’t say enough about Chris, Bob and his crew and how well they represented RHI. They were on-time for every appointment and installion and they all clearly were educated about the products and services.
