Michael Thoms and Nick Rath are crooks!
They pulled classic remodeler’s scam: they gave me a low quote to repair railings on my balcony, then waited to start the job till peak construction season. They demolished the entire balcony (!), then claimed it had dry rot, fire ants and plague. They demanded 3 times the original quote, knowing that all other carpenters were up to their ears in work, and I won’t be able to find anyone else. When I fired them, several days later, «someone» called building inspector’s office and reported unfinished balcony.
