This Dunkin Donuts is the worse! I’ve gone there a few times and the coffee is never well prepared. Why do I keep going back? I keep hoping they’ll get it right and they never do. I just drive another five minutes to the DD on Belvidere. I’ve called to complain and either they don’t answer or they have an attitude.

Drive-​Thru — had a JELLY & OREO donut with a coffee. Dunkin’ Donuts are the same everywhere you go.
There is no list of donut choices in the drive-​thru so you have to ask. The sweet voice of the Drive-​thru lady made me want to buy all of them. I was tempted to have her repeat them. You’d think they could have a digital reader board or sumthin’ to show the choices.
The young lady at the drive-​thru was friendly and smiled a lot with sparkling eyes. I was feeling like a lonely middle aged rock star in a minivan. I think she likes me! Who am I kidding, it’s all about the DONUTS!

This place is horrible at taking and making orders!!! The employees here are not friendly and always have an attitude if you have a complicated order. I do not recommend this place at all. if you want Dunkin, I suggest you go down the street to the one on Belvidere Road.
