One of the phones broke. Insurance didn’t cover unless you pay $ 175.00 deductible. The info wasn’t backed up as it used to be. Then buy a new phone AND pay the activation fee. Wow. And even the employee told me the shared data options and plans «not really truth in advertising».
Been with them for many years, but they don’t seem interested in keeping me as a customer. Looking at the competition.
