Contacted customer service for a replacement part. Shipping is bit expensive (blame Fedex) but they had the part right away and are shipping it to be here in a few days. Some of the best customer service I’ve had with a company yet.

After I contacted Shelter Logic via their website, about the issues, they quickly responded.
I emailed them a few pictures of the issues, and by the end of the week, they had FEDEXed the correct color cover with no patch to my home.
