Why this review got three stars. Their chicken salad is to die for. I’ve had it many times. The pita that is a regular offering is always warm, fluffy and delicious.
Why this review did not get five stars. I ordered their chicken pesto and artichoke heart wrap. There was four (maybe) microscopic pieces of chicken in it and I uncovered one artichoke towards the end after digging through a bag of spinach. It was horrible! How someone could charge $ 7 for that — is beyond me. The pizza is flavorless/​soggy; don’t waste your time on it. If you’re going to go to this place, only get the chicken salad and pita!

Love love love their margarita pizza. The fresh garlic gives it such a powerful bold taste, and the fresh tomatoes provide the perfect compliment to the garlic. And the gyro pizza is so unique and so good. The older gentleman that works there is probably the most polite and kind pizza shop owner I’ve ever come across. The consistently clean shop and service along w the great pizza makes this my favorite pizza place in Watertown.

So I decided to try this place for the first.
I went with the chicken cutlet sub.
I have to say that it was really good. Their homemade and not your typical frozen ones. The price was also very good. I strongly recommend this place for subs.

Rude rude rude! So I order from a food site which makes things easier and clearer for them to see exactly what I wanted. I clicked on my food and then my orange soda. I paid and everything was good to go. I get my food and the delivery man says they didn’t have the soda I want so here is something else that you can have instead (different soda).(I don’t know about Unilocal and their brand names policy). Anyways I already paid for the expensive soda and asked the driver if he had anything else and he said no. I called this place to ask them if they could credit me for changing my order because I’m not satisfied. The guy on the phone began to have an attitude and said «well we didn’t have what you wanted, so we gave you something else.» I said I didn’t want this but since I paid for it an hour and a half ago when I scheduled the food, I guess I’ll have to take it. I let him know i was hoping he could give me a little discount for my next purchase. He told me that I should have just given it to the driver if I didn’t want it. Ion to upset and said «sir I ordered my food long ahead of time with my phone number!» I let him know that he should have called me. It’s not over the soda but it’s over the customer service. I will never order again I’

Prefer this sub shop over any in the area, quality food and quality staff. My favorite item on the menu for myself is the Greek grilled chicken salad, comes with homemade pita bread and the lettuce isn’t just iceberg it’s mixed greens. Small business is where it’s at.

Went in to see a giant menu of food with a bunch of excellent choices. Real food with great taste. Ordered a big cheese pizza kept it simple. Was basic but so fresh and the crust was not to thin and not annoying thick. Had just the right thickness and the sauce was great. Tiny place so it is a bit hot to sit down and eat I suggest take out!

I can’t find a better pizza place in Watertown.
Not to say that it is the BEST pizza I’ve ever had. But it is good.
The chicken tenders are good.
Their chicken parm is yummy.

White salads instead of green, dressings out of a jug, pizza whose sauce is flavorless. You decide. I’ve eaten here many times due to my company ordering the food. Best option is to eat in one of the local cafes hidden in the corporate buidlings in the hood, or get your food at Russo’s.

Great pizza, really good wings, fantastic service. They forgot to deliver something and before i even noticed or called, the delivery guy came back 30 minutes later. This is my go to local pizza place.

I used to live right near here and would order salads a lot because, not only do the salads taste great (greek salad with grilled chicken), but it comes with their homemade pita bread! This isn’t the typical pita out of a bag, this is warm, soft on the inside, crunchy on the outside and it is sooo good. My friends and I usually order extra pita because it is that good! Also, its near where I work so even though I don’t live there anymore I still get my pita fix! I also sometimes get their sandwiches on the homemade pita! That is another way to enjoy it!

The food here is very consistent, I’ve never had an experience where the food quality was bad. The quality is what you’d expect from a corner store, and the prices aren’t bad. This store allows online-​ordering via Foodler.
The bread they serve with the salad is very good.

A measure of a pizza place comes from the pizza. If Pizza is in your name, then you need to make pizza that is better then you can make at home…
…and I’m talking about regular joes make at home, not how your 90 year old Italian grandma makes pizza.
This pizza tasted like 4 dollar Tostinos Pizza. I wouldn’t feed it to my dog.
The only reason I’m giving it 2 stars is that I got the Italian Sub and it was okay. It wasn’t the greatest, it wasn’t the worst, but I get better quality pizza picking up a DiGiornio Pizza.
Stick with either Gerry’s Italian Kitchen or BHOP.

Pleasant street is really, really good. Everything is great. Their chicken Cordon Blue wrap is out of this world. The only thing I would stay away from is the chicken wings. Other than that, can’t go wrong.

When I get home from work and want delivery but don’t feel like waiting the usual hour plus I can call them and know I will be getting anything within half an hour. Their pizza and subs are nothing to write home about but better than bHop and some other lower end places.
The real find on their menus is their wraps. Good price, large sized, and made with what looks to be semi fresh ingredients.

Basic, basic, basic pizza & sub shop. They have everything every other corner pizza place has.

This is the place I always order lunch from when I am at work. The buffalo chicken wraps are really good. It has a good spice without being overwhelming.
There salads are really good too. The veggies are always really fresh and the grilled chicken has a great marinade on it. The homemade pita bread is also really good.
The only reason for 4 stars is that they require you to have a $ 10.00 minimum to order on foodler and if I can’t get anyone to order with me I have to order extra things.

This has been the go to place for ordering lunch at work recently, and we really ordered on a whim just because it was cheaper than some of the other options around. Sandwiches, wraps, and salads are between $ 5-​$ 6.50 on average, and they are quick, quick, quick on the delivery. They do offer ordering on
, and even though we had the menu sent to our address, it doesn’t list as available for delivery on foodler based on location. Silly foodler!
So I’ve been hooked on the salads from here, as they use a good mix of greens and it’s not just iceberg lettuce. Also amazing: homemade pita bread. It is so freaking good. I have tried the greek salad and it was perfect, as is the buffalo chicken. The wraps are big (big enough to share) and I’ve tried the turkey and the chicken pesto. The turkey is simple and delicious, with smoked turkey and tasty lettuce tomatoes, and a little mayo. Simple and yummy. The chicken pesto was very good and filled with grilled fresh chicken, pesto, artichokes, and lots of spinach. Very upscale for a pizza place that delivers.
We had yet to try the pizza, but I am sure based on the other items that it is great-​I will update when we order some pizza!
