I called to set up service at my new house and they freaking remember names/​addresses off the top of their head!
Bonus: They try to work through inclement weather and will come by on unscheduled days to make up work missed due to it.
Double bonus: They’ve come to grab trash that I didn’t place on the curb yet because I was holding it for the next scheduled pickup!

We’ve been using Reston Trash for decades; in all that time we’ve never had a problem with their service. They’re clean, neat, and courteous. Cannot recommend them too highly. They’re a great local firm.

I try to support local businesses as much as I possibly can, so when we moved to Reston a couple years ago, and had a choice between Multinational Conglomerate A, and Rumor-​Mongering-​Fast-​Talking-​Door-​To-​Door-​Hard-​Sell Company B, and locally owned and operated company C, it was not a difficult decision.
The service from Reston Trash has been good, I like their pricing model, and I like the fact that when I call, I always get a call back (pretty promptly) from the owner. Their trucks may not be quite as new as Companies A and B, but that’s not really a factor in my decision.

Reston Trash has been removing our trash, recycling and leaves for four years. The staff have impeccable manners and a high quality of service. They helped an injured neighbor last year by picking up her garbage at her door without extra charge. They also support local schools by picking up trash pro bono for special events.
I strongly recommend this firm.
