Friendly, family run business. The owners are kind souls, enjoyable to talk with each time you enter the shop. They have an unbeatable deal for families. $ 19.99 for 2 larges, 2 toppings each, 1 order of bread sticks, and a small salad. Ask for the, «Family Special.» You’ll either comfortably feed your large family, or happily have leftovers for days. Their dough and sauce are made from scratch. The dough is a puffier than your run-of-the-mill round pizza, but lesser than a deep dish. In my opinion, this crust has just the right about of bite and tenderness. Only $ 1.50 more, and you can upgrade to stuffed crust. Their bread sticks are actually more like garlic knots. Easily, my favorite item of the night! The salad. Lots of iceberg, diced tomatoes, onions, cheese, and canned mushrooms. That’s right, canned mushrooms. A big no no in my food profile. Canned mushrooms should never be used, especially on a salad! I suggest you support this mom and pop shop. You’ll be pleased!

Just moved to the area and being our first Friday night here we wanted to try the local pizza place. Looked on Unilocal and found Little Rico’s. We called to order and the lady that answered the phone was extremely nice and helpful as I had a few questions. We even got a free breadstick order through a Unilocal coupon. We picked up the pizza and this was the nicest family ever! They had the pizza and breadsticks ready and got me in my way. The pizza… was AMAZING! Omg! You can clearly taste the fresh basil and other ingredients. It was so fresh and delicious my family couldn’t believe it. I’ve only tasted comparable pizza in Little Italy, NYC. The sauce for the breadsticks was unbelievable. It was obvious hat it wasn’t the standard canned sauce. I love it! I’m not sure that we will ever try another pizza place while we live here and after we move! Thank you for this great experience!

Trust me when I say that I rarely lay out a 5th star but Little Rico’s is undeniably deserving of it. No packaged frozen toppings here; noticeably fresh and hand chopped! Their Bacon Cheeseburger pizza is so good that I had one a week for months on end. Heh. Keep up the good work.

So first I was skeptical to go to a pizza place from the entertainment book but its a great deal. As soon as I tasted this pizza it was really good. The crust is very tasteful, not burnt but cooked just right. The cheese was fantastic and the sauce is to die for. As for the toppings I wish they had more of a variety of veggies. This place is great overall.

Went back and forth between 3 or 4 stars… I’ve been here several times and even though the service can be iffy the food is so good and so tasty I had to spot them the point! I’ve never been treated rudely but I’ve never had what I would call great service, they have a pick up window which I think is super cool and convenient like whoa… but every time I’ve used the window I feel like my convenience is an inconvenience to them. But again the food… sooo good my mouth is watering just thinking about their subs! the sauce has a really sweet but not too sweet flavor and the toppings are plentiful and taste fresh. The crust is alright taste wise but so perfectly cooked so its crispy where it needs to be a chewy where it needs to be. You can get this food anywhere but here it shines… just wish the service was a little more than so-so.

They have recently re-opened and I’m quite glad. At first I only would get pizza from there because they were close, but not only are they close, the food rocks! We usually get a meat-lovers pizza, but the subs and mozzarella sticks are delicious. My personal favorite lunch order is the pizza trio sub, where you pick any three toppings and they put that in the sub for you, it’s amazing, and cheap. They deliver, I haven’t ever really used that feature because I’m walking distance but it’s a plus. The people who work there are really nice and great at customer service. All in all, I definitely recommend Little Rico’s, one of the better pizza places in Waterford.
