I ordered a stretch limo to pick us up from our wedding 2.5 months before our event. They call me up three days before the event and said their limo was in the shop and would upgrade us to a party bus. This would be odd for just two of us leaving a reception so I said I would like them to find me another alternative. The alternative was a Lincoln Sedan for $ 80 additional charge from another company they were working with. I did not like the idea of getting charged more for something smaller. So, I have asked for a complete refund since they could not deliver what I had paid for and they refused to refund me my money.

hired this company for my wedding. I found them at the palace bridal show. I had a comparison service pricing package that epc agreed to. This package was to include DJ, MC, photographer, videographer, and limo. DJ — very aged guy, equipment locked up in several occasions throughout reception. The best was he did not have father daughter dance music. A family member downloaded it on his phone and played it from his phone. The song was butterfly kisses, a song every Wedding DJ should have on file Limo bus — called me two hrs before my wedding and told me it was broke down. Offered to send small limo but that wouldn’t fit wedding party MC — screwed up his only major part of the wedding… Introductions and speeches. Videographer — had to be a student, the DVDs produced was horribly edited, things out of order. My biggest complaint was she was shooting from the front church pew right where my parents were to sit after they came down the aisle. They had to pause while she got out of the way. Photographer — the absolute worse pics possible. He didn’t edit a single one of them, he paid no attn to background. In one of the pics of me and my girls, my grand can be seen being escorted out of the church in the background. Been dealing with this company for quite some time to no avail, will be seeking legal action in the very near future

Horrible. Bus bathroom was disgusting and I dont think tank had been emptied. Broke down coming home and driver continued to drive on expressway with no head or brake lights at midnight… sound system did not work to. The bus driver could not get a hold of anyone as backup. Boss finally showed up with another bus after 2 hours of sitting in parking
top it off, boss then took us 40 minutes out of our way so he could get back to his car and go home. Left Detroit at 11:30pm and got to East Lansing at 4:30am.Shocking poor customer service.
