Baymont Inn And Suites Waterford

The shower in the room was a tiny angled corner shower and the water pressure was terrible. The breakfast was okay but not the greatest. Most frustrating of all was that they lost our reservation and the lady at the front desk was very rude about it, even trying to help the couple behind us and ignoring us! Finally she made a new reservation at the full price and we had to call the manager the next business day to get the rate straightened out and make sure we weren’t double charged. Otherwise the room seemed clean and the bed was very comfortable but in the future I will definitely stay somewhere else. For over $ 100 per night I would have expected a better experience!

Super clean. Friendly staff and great up kept facilities. Booked a room for my parents and they were easy to work with. Great pool facility too. No chlorine in the pool they do salt water kind of like the ocean I guess safe and no chemicals or crazy smells
