I come here often. Today, my order was messed up so I had to return to the restaurant to get it corrected. When I approached the front counter, I informed the employee I received the wrong bagel. She simply snatched the bag away from me and walked away. She should have offered me an apology, especially since she was the one who handed me the wrong bagel in the first place. Instead I got her attitude. Thankfully, the man on the sandwich station has better customer service.

One of the best Dunkins in Waterbury. Besides being open 24 hours they are super fast & their drive-​thru tends to move really fast.
Very easy on & off I-​84 for morning commuters!
