This is the closest Starbucks location to my house. I usually try to plan my trips to Starbucks when I am away from my neighborhood. This Starbucks is the slowest on the planet. There were only two cars ahead of me in the drive through and it still took 14 minutes to get through the line. I have complained to management in the past. No change.

I have visited many other Starbucks and this one is by far the worst. I usually have to use it because it is closest to my house, but the wait times for inside and in the drive thru are just plain ridiculous. I have never had to wait 30 – 45 min in a drive thru for a coffee before. Half the time they get my order wrong too and its not as if I order something with a bunch of extras, I order straight off of the menu and they still can’t get it right.

I have absolutely no problems with the staff etc. They are GREAT! My problem is the big price hike. I will NOT pay $ 5.57 for a venti peppermint mocha! That is absurd! #NoMoreLattes.

I visit this Starbucks anywhere from 3−5x a week (no in not kidding either!)
Dionne is by far my favorite. She deserves to be working the front window. She is SO sweet and polite! Come on guys– whoever can be that cheery and nice at 5:30 in the morning needs to be greeting people and taking orders!
Also– thank the coffee over lords for their rewards program. Bout time we get something back for spending over $ 5 on coffee nearly every morning. If you haven’t signed up yet. wtf is wrong with you?! Do it already!

This is by far the best Starbucks around. I made the mistake of going to a different one today because I was closer and my coffee was so gross. So I had to stop at my normal Starbucks and the amazing barista gave me my coffee for free because the other one messed up so bad. That is a number one customer service right there!!! This Starbucks is by far the best. ;) and so friendly. I always leave with a smile on my face

Not a very friendly employees. I don’t know why the other review said they are very friendly. I went today first time to this location and I asked for a double shot espresso and the guy made it but never called me??? I was standing right in front of him

INTERNET BYTES HERE! It’s too slow and just buffers! Find another place for internet access — not here. Disappointed Starbucks hasn’t amped up their internet here.

Typical Starbucks. But this location is either right on or completely off. The regular baristas are awesome. Some times they have the new recruits and seems like when this happens non of the seasoned vets are here at same time. We’ve had our drinks need to be remade 4 times before.
However when the a-​team is working they are some of the best ones around. I gave 4 stars because it is more common for the a-​team than the trainees.

Really disappointed in this location. Came in to get a skinny caramel brûlée latte and a salted caramel mocha latte. They didn’t have the caramel brûlée and then no salt for the salted caramel. Okay? A little sad they didn’t have what I wanted. Ended up ordering a skinny chestnut praline latte with no whip and the salted caramel sans salt (not like I had a choice). Got the CPL and it had whip so I assume it wasn’t skinny either. On top of that, they never called out the order or my name so the drinks sat there for I don’t know how long. Quite a few people in this location so it really could have been anyone’s order but sure enough, I go up there and find out they’re mine. It’s not like I was aloof and not paying attention. Just wish they had what I wanted, and then made what I ordered. Probably won’t be visiting this SB again.

This Starbucks has the friendliest service around. The ladies who are there in the morning are very nice and they already know my order. When I pass through the drive thru, as soon as I start to order, they finish my sentence for me because they recognize my voice. I go 5 days a week and it’s always super fast and their cookies and coffee cakes are always fresh.

A well-​run Sbux location. The baristas are pretty consistent in making your specialty coffees, which sounds like it should be a given but you’d be surprised how inconsistent orders can get. If you can get through the sometimes longer drive-​thru times, you’ll enjoy a friendly staff, great drinks and super fast wi-​fi!

Had a gift card so I went through several Starbucks locations in the area in about a week’s time. This was by far the best! The service never lacked. The coffee was good and they didn’t mess up my order. All you can ask for!

This is by far my favorite Starbucks in all areas. Service is wonderful inside and out. Always clean and nice place to hang out. And it’s so nice being close to all the shopping. I can pop in really quick any time of the day.

The pastries at this location always taste better than any other Starbucks for some reason. The employees are friendly and remembered my usual order after only a few visits. It is always clean inside and I really love the new décor. This is easily the best Starbucks in DFW.
