I took my boat there with the assurance that it would be done in two weeks. Three weeks later I called to follow up and they said it would be yet another week or two in the meantime they notified me that it had been stored outside in the windy weather and in a weeklong rainstorm. Now each time I call I am told that they’re waiting on notification for a quote from the dealer. I have now been without a boat for a month and the only communication that I get is when I initiate it. This is very poor customer service and I am also extremely frustrated at the fact that this boat that I keep meticulously covered and maintained was allowed to sit out in the rain. I am not yet aware how much damage has been done to the cover or the tower because of this!
