Decided to try Jimmy Johns again today after a bad experience there 6 months ago… Food was good but ‘Tara’ who took my order was rude and acted like me ordering was a total inconvenience in her life. I can’t believe that Jimmy johns management doesn’t have any focus on customer service.

Great sandwhiches with a quickness!

These guys have a solid grip on their spot in my lunch break rotation when I work in Washington. Some people might be annoyed by the super-friendly hellos and goodbyes that pretty much EVERY member of the sandwich-making staff belts out, but those people suck ass. I think it’s awesome and it reminds me of being greeted by a resounding«Irrashaimase!» upon entering a Japanese restaurant. Makes you feel less like a customer and more like an honored guest. Jimmy John’s isn’t kidding when they say their food is «freaky fast.» There’s hardly ever a line with how fast they churn out their quality sandwiches… I’d say the normal time I’m waiting for my club tuna sans sprouts and cucumbers is somewhere between 30 and 45 seconds. o_O As for the«freaky good» part of their identity… I’d say it’s just«real good.» There are few things I would call freaky good, and even fewer of those things are actually food.
