My favorite diner in the whole town. This is Washington’s best kept secret. The prices are great and they have a better burger than Five Guys. I highly recommend this place. The staff is always very friendly too.

Cute 50s diner. Clean, upbeat and friendly staff. Beats fast food. The food was good. Diner good. Old music playing makes it even more fun. Support this local business.

If you are looking for a quick, relatively inexpensive meal, this is the place for you! It’s very informal — you order at the counter and pick up your meal when your number is called — and there is a popcorn machine with free popcorn while you wait. As far as atmosphere, they have four TVs(all were tuned to sports and muted when we were there) with a mix of music playing in the background(not too loud). The cooking and dining areas were all very clean. The burgers are served on 6 inch hoagie rolls — very different from anything we’d had before, but the bread was very fresh and tasty! I had a regular burger with cheese, lettuce, tomatoes, onion, and mayo. The burger was very juicy and flavorful! A member of the staff told us the burgers are hand-formed daily and never frozen, and I believe him! My husband had the Garbage Burger, which is a basic burger with a hot dog on top. He says it was very good as well! We tried the chili cheese fries for our sides and were again pleased. We absolutely will be going back!

Nothing real fancy but it was good. I think they should have servers, not an order counter. Kind of loud but nice décor. The burgers and fries are good but the buns not so much. Did not have the Chili but it smelled wonderful. …
