Hotdog Man

We eat there regularly and all we can tell you is… words can not describe his creations! !! Outstanding. When he would be setup on corners before he had the permanent location, the lines were long and nobody minded standing in line for 45 to 60 minutes just to watch him work his magic on whatever creation you desired. If you are wanting to sit down and be waited on… this is not for you. He does have outdoor seating for his customers to sit and enjoy their food though.

This is the reason I look forward to going to Washington ! The hot dogs are delicious ! I’ve been here so many times & I have never been disappointed !
The staff is friendly & my wait time wasn’t too bad ! A creative area as the mustard can is a restroom & my kids can’t get enough of it !
The quality of the food is outstanding !

Numerous times I drove right by this place en route to Lions Choice thinking, how good can hotdogs really be? Well I finally stopped in with my wife and a friend and was blown away. The menu is huge with more selection than just hot dogs. Let me tell you now the wait was a bit longer than expected but the final product is more than worth it. ALL of the ingredients are as fresh as can be and the flavors are out of this world. The gyro’s and tacos we ordered were absolutely outstanding. I was the only one to get a hot dog and just like everything else we had, it was equally impressive. The buns felt and tasted homemade just like the gyro pita. I forget the name of the hot dog I ordered but it had bacon, jalapeño, ghost peppers, and a siracha sauce that created a delicious amount of heat but yet still tolerable and nothing overpowered the dog. Big flavor comes out of this little stand and its totally unexpected. Give them a chance and grab a lemonade or two…

Some people just like to complain! This guy is a Washington staple! He built this place from a simple hot dog cart outside the courthouse to this. Great dogs at a great price. Something for everyone. Clean fast good and friendly is what you get.

He has a wide variety of food. The kids love his hotdogs but i’m not a hotdog eater so i usually get the gyros which is awesome. It is kind of hard to tell when he is open or not but his building is an oversized replica of a hot dog cart.

Stopped at this place because of the over sized mustard can and hot dog cart. Looked cool. They have a drive thru and also some tables outside to eat. Being from out off state, we got out to eat. Took a little bit for someone to come out and take our order (should’ve taken that as a sign). Sat outside for over 30 minutes, cars were pulling in and out of the drive thru. Keep in mind we had placed our order before these cars had even pulled in! Getting anyone to acknowledge us outside was impossible. The ‘manager’ pulled up and asked if we were still waiting on food, and then gave us excuse after excuse as to why drive thru is flying while we still sat there waiting.
Completely disappointed, and left us no option but to pack up and head out to McDonald’s. Would not recommend, will never stop again when we are passing thru.

I get the Gratza (bacon, cream cheese, Swiss cheese, pineapple, jalapeños,) or the Monte Cristo (Swiss cheese and strawberry jelly and I add bacon and cream cheese!). They are both super delicious and it’s a great experience visiting

Stopped here on my way home today and boy am I glad I did. We were on our way to Lion’s Choice and saw this place, stopped to take a picture and read the menu. I got the chili cheese dog with mustard and red onion, with fries. The chili is good, fries were crisp and hot. I was greeted by one of the hotdog men and he took my order on a handheld device and I paid right there. Super easy and super quick service. I saw several cars at the drive up while eating at one of the tables and the line moved fairly quickly.

he serves gourmet hot dogs among many other things. hes fast, friendly, and is one of the best places to eat in washington. price of most items are between 4 and 6 dollars. i have tried the wonder wienie, the randy bush, pizza dog, and maybe some other ones. all of them were amazing. his gyros are also fantastic.
