Whole Glow

I was surprised and happy with the results!
Booked the appointment in the morning to have it done in the afternoon. Paid $ 50 for a one time session .
The whole «tan process» is very fast and I kept wondering if it would really work…
But it did !!! I got a great color that lasted for a few days ;-) Yes, the tan smells, but nothing crazy. I definitely recommend doing this over the fake tans that damage your skin. I will do it again for a special last minute occasion or if you have to go to the beach but doesn’t want to look like a ghost!

Let me tell you. I may have been quite skeptical in the whole spray tan shenanigans until now. I never thought it would look natural, or the fact that every celebrity on TV looked like they stepped off of some island dream. Wait for it… WHOLE GLOW really does and truly makes you look and feel like you did come off of that island excursion while drinking your favorite adult beverages and relaxing in the white soothing sand between your toes.
Katie is quite the little gem. Since this was my first actual spray tan I was nervous that I would come out looking like and oomph-​loompah but she assured me that I would look perfect. (I mean what girl doesn’t like looking perfect?) The actual spray tan product in itself is completely organic! No nasty smells, or from what I heard sticky substance after the tan is complete. She matched my current skin color and sprayed me to my desired tan level. *She will even consult you on what would be the ideal color for you depending on your skin color!* Being a perfectionist that she is (as am I) she was so detailed while spraying me down that there was no uneven color, blotches, or even nasty little lines that may appear. I truly was so shocked how amazing I looked.
It gets better… Managing the spray tan after is even EASIER! Letting the spray soak into your skin is important but doesn’t require extensive amounts of time. No crazy exfoliation and daily morning/​nightly moisturizing ensures the longevity of your tan. Plus during summer and winter you just have to… duh. It lasted for a week and half of normal activities, doing dishes, daily work outs, and everyday showers.
How could i forget to mention that yes ladies, every single person that you know will come up to you and ask you where you went, or how your vacation was! I even had strangers come up to me and tell me how nice and golden I looked! It was such the confidence booster any lady would dream to hear and bonus points for not having to use a tanning bed and ruin your skin.

I love love LOVE Whole Glow and the awesome Katie! I had my first glow with Katie almost a year ago — also my first tan/​glow ever — and immediately had to get a 5 session package because it was THAT good.
The tanning is done in Mint Spa/​Gym and you’re allowed to use their facilities (woo workout time!) on the day you have an appointment with Katie. Katie is super sweet and professional. She gets booked up fast (with good reason!) so plan ahead ladies. The entire process is very easy and straightforward. And the air is nice and cool! Perfect for these summer days.
I always leave with an awesome ~glow~ that looks completely natural, and feels light and great. I always get compliments on the glow and it’s always of the ‘you look great!’ variety, not the ‘did you get a tan? i can tell’ kind. The tan fades gradually and if you moisturize well and good (and why wouldn’t you?) you can keep it going.
The spa area is very relaxing. The price is very reasonable and 3 or 5 session packages are offered.
I’ll never much for constantly tanning (pale ass Asian forevermore) but whenever I do need a tan for any event, this is where I will go. Wholehearted convert of Whole Glow. Locally owned, operated, and awesome.

I almost never naturally tan. Either I burn, or my skin breaks even with the amount of sunscreen I put on.
I’ve considered tanning beds, but they make me uneasy. The thought of sitting in a casket-​like device while you’re roasted isn’t exactly up my alley.
So, I decided to try-​out spray tanning on a vacation to Vegas, four years ago. I stayed at an amazing hotel, enjoyed the spa, and got a $ 90 personalized tanning session there. And it looked okay… until it washed off in, literally, three days. I was not happy.
But I’m still pale, and being older, I find myself going to more weddings and other social functions. It’s good to look healthy, no? Haha.
I didn’t want a chain tanning place where I’d feel out of my element, and when I saw Whole Glow pop up in my search, I thought I’d give it a go, and I’m so very glad I did.
Katie is so professional, competent, and warm. She patiently guides you through the process without a hint of judgment and makes a concerted effort to make you feel at ease while she gets you looking your best for your big event.
I’ve had several sessions with Katie, and my tan not only looks amazing but lasts. I keep getting compliments on photos from a wedding I attended, last month.
And, of course, it helps that the rate is quite reasonable and less when you order in packages (as I do).
Katie is amazing, and the result is amazing. I can’t recommend her enough.

No stranger to a spray tan I anxiously and excitedly booked my appointment with Katie after making plans for a weekend getaway in Miami. I booked with Katie through the MINT Dupont location, where she takes appointments on Wednesdays and Thursdays. I booked a few days before my appointment and had no problem getting in. When I arrived Katie talked me though the whole process and let me decide how dark I wanted to go. Katie is awesome and so professional, after she sprayed me she made sure I was happy with the results, which I was. I loved my spray tan and will definitely be back for more. My tan looked so even and natural in Miami, it even gave me the confidence to wear my peach colored suit ;)

Ommggggg!!! This is the very very very first time I have ever gotten a spray tan! I was a little nervous at first, since I am a black female, and my complexion is already dark, I was thinking this was going to be a mistake. I had prom the day after I received the spray tan, I was looking for a nice dewy glow. AND THAT IS EXACTLY WHAT I GOT! I was sooooo pleased I called Katie to tell her how pleased I was! Katie made me feel totally comfortable about everything and explained everything and was just so nice! I gave her number out so much within this past week, everyone keeps asking my secret! LOL KATIE IS MY SECRET! But I can’t wait to go back again!

I absolutely LOVE my tan! I have received so many compliments and friends have asked if I recently returned from a beach trip! This is by far the most natural looking spray tan I’ve ever had… the perfect golden glow! Katie is awesome to work with and extremely detail oriented. She made sure I looked perfect before she sent me off! If you’ve ever considered getting spray tanned I highly recommend you choose Whole Glow you won’t regret it!

Not going to lie – I was super nervous before my spray tan appointment with Katie. I’d never gotten a spray tan before and I’d seen several gross-​looking ones on some of my friends. My biggest fear was having really dirty looking hands and feet afterwards, what is with that?
Consider me a spray tan convert. Katie calmed me down, explaining everything about the process to me before she started, and ended up doing an awesome job! I’m really pleased with how natural-​looking my tan looks… no streaks or uneven areas and the exact amount of tan I was looking for. It only took about 10 minutes for the product to dry and then I was good to go – no stains or anything on the clothing I wore to my appointment, which was nice. My coworkers asked me how I’d gotten so much sun overnight, no one even considered that my tan was sprayed on. Judging from what others have said about their spray tanning experiences, mine was 100% better… no worries about accidentally wiping off my tan or turning out orange.
I think I’ll pass on the whole laying out and getting skin cancer thing this summer in favor of hitting up Katie and her excellent spray tanning skills again.
