Awful! I used to be in the industry and had to deal with them on a semi-​regular «professional» basis. They are a small company who try to present themselves as a «boutique» brokerage, but they are anything but. I beleive that they were recently bought out by Long & Foster a year or two ago. Highly unprofessional and not at all service oriented. Escalating issues to upper management does not help at all. I will never deal with anyone connected with that firm again.

Before I met Wicca:
I was looking to purchase my first condo during the real estate frenzy a few years ago. I was referred to several different agents at other companies. No one listened to what I wanted. I was not in the multi-​million dollar home market. Most of them would show me one place (which usually had none of the specs I asked for) and then say «so are you ready to sign an offer» and then got upset when I said it was not what I was looking for. I later found out that they (illegally) failed to disclose that unless they have an express contract with the buyer, in Maryland, they are working for the seller. (Among other things they were legally supposed to disclose and did not).

Then someone recommended Wicca. They had sold a house with Wicca and she had gone above and beyond for them.
Wicca met with me for more than an hour explaining the house buying process. She explained legal and practical aspects of home buying. Wicca listened carefully to my «must haves,» my wish list and my price range. Wicca only showed me condos which met my criteria.
I was fickle about my home purchase and changed the area I was looking at several times. Wicca did not have a problem when I changed my mind, instead she aggressively started looking for homes in the new area.
I looked at so many places in the months of my home search. I was afraid Wicca would give up on me but, instead, she kept in constant contact with me. She is also very knowledgeable about homes and was able to point out things (to the limits the law allows). She gave excellent honest advice.
Wicca held my hand through the whole process. After months of searching I finally found the perfect home. Three years later I wake up everyday and think to myself how much I love my home. (I can also still afford my home!)
Wicca also has numerous contacts for quality services one often needs when buying/​selling a home. Painters etc.
This was near the height of the «bubble» in DC and Wicca is a popular agent. I am sure she was working with many other clients who were buying/​selling homes in a much, much, much higher price bracket than me… but I always felt like I was her #1 client.
It is clear Wicca does not think of real estate as just an occupation. She truly has a passion for her work.
