Today– my son required a medication– and when we called Walgreens to fill the prescription– they told us to come pick it up– then when my husband got to children’s– they told him that he couldn’t get it because we had to return formula (why they didn’t tell us that prior to driving 45 minutes there. I don’t know). So my husband comes back home– picks up formula– drives BACK 45 minutes to Walgreens (at Children’s) and they swapped out the medication. He comes home– we open the package up– WRONG MEDS. This is not only careless– but DANGEROUS. My son could get extremely ill If not given his meds– now they are closed and we are unable to give them. This is the most ghetto; unorganized Walgreens I have ever been to.
