If you have another library, go there. Lots of people on cell phones, babbling away. The librarians are never helpful. I’m a student at UDC and the library suffers from the same problems that much of the rest of the university(with the exception of some of the profs) does – bad staff and students that aren’t willing to do much. There are better places on campus to study. On the plus side, the windows are nice.

The University of the District of Columbia’s Library was revamped over the Summer, but still is comprised of the same lousy customer service. Not only that, but there are too many people on their cell phones. Makes it impossible to get work done with«GUCCIGUCCIBANDANA» blarring through their Cricket joints. The administrative individuals that work here are rude. You can tell they really hate their jobs, but just keep coming in to collect their checks. This isn’t just an observation strictly for the library staff, but for a large majority of the staff at UDC. At least the library customer service is better than Financial Aid, albeit, slightly.
