I’m glad to have this store location available. Definitely. They have women’s, men’s, and children’s to choose from.(In DC, not all Gap stores offer even just the basic divisions.) There are two floors, so it’s not as cramped as some of the downtown stores either. During my single visit, the staff was friendly and helpful. They were already educated regarding the in-house options and mentioned more than once that online ordering was possible for in-store pickup as well. However, as usual, the clothing selection was more limited than I would like. I just can’t get myself to assign more than a 3 star rating because I find the lack of choices frustrating. I wish a larger Gap was available within DC itself. However, given the Gap options we have, this is a good one. I will likely visit again.

I was SO excited when this GAP location opened up in the spring. Right across from H&M, Forever 21, and a stone’s throw from Zara and TJ Maxx, I’m frequently in this area doing some shopping. The space always seems well stocked and organized. Staff is really friendly and usually helpful(although the other day I was told to buy one size up for my daughter as the item«ran large» and it most certainly did not, I discovered after I took off the tags). The upstairs has men’s and women’s clothing, and the entire downstairs(elevator or stair accessible) is for kids. There is a really solid selection of baby, toddler, and kid’s clothes, and there are always lots of items on the sale/clearance racks. Like at any other GAP, never buy anything full-price. They are CONSTANTLY having sales.
