My biggest gripe with the Glover Park location is the food portions. When my sandwich is done, there is more bread than actual meat or toppings. I haven’t noticed cleanliness issues like stated on other reviews but those reviews were written a long time ago. I don’t think you get the bang for the buck here. Other Subway locations don’t act like they are feeding you from their personal refrigerator.

They are not very clean and the staff really could be selling stones instead of food. Think twice before going there. Maybe if you are really hungry and They’ve got a deal(10×1), something like that…

WARNING! THISIS A PUBLICHEALTHANNOUNCEMENT! Do not eat at this Subway if you value your health. I don’t usually waste my time reviewing generic fast food chains but these people deserve to be chased out of town by a torch wielding mob. I think it’s the case that the workers here have a much lower standard of cleanliness than most of us(think Rajaji kind of filth). The guys working here are clueless and look at you like they have no idea what onions or pickles are. This afternoon I stopped in for a lunch of desperation. It was pretty busy. I waited a few minutes. When it got to my turn the guy said ‘how can I help you’ and then put his hand up to motion to me to stop and then sneezed into the air right over the food area. He turned back as though nothing had happened and repeated his question. THEGUYSNEEZEDINTOTHEAIR! NOTINTOHISHANDSORARMANDHEDIDN’T EVENPRETENDTOCLEANUPORWASHHISHANDS. When I see this kind of disrespect for cleanliness and health I think the worst. Does he also wipe his ass with his hands and not wash them? Does he pick dropped food off the floor and serve it? Ultimately it is the owner’s responsibility to train employees. In this case that obviously never happened.

A subway is a subway, the food itself is really nothing to call home about. I go when I forgot my lunch and I’m feeling completely uninspired. But the service here is depressing — really not good. Chain There really are not that many places that have workers that seem so unhappy to be there. And in the 4 years I’ve been going to this subway, I’ve never experienced a «happy» worker — not that I expect 4star service, but a friendly person is not an unreasonable request.

I’ve yet to be impressed by this Subway. I’m also pretty sure I got a touch of food poisoning from a sweet onion chicken teriyaki — I won’t be ordering that again from this particular location. From now on, I’m playing it safe with a turkey sandwich. The«sandwich artists» here are, well, dumb. One time I asked for a 6″ turkey sub, and the guy starts making me two sandwiches. Did I say the word«two» anywhere in my order? No. Luckily I stopped him before he started loading things on there and wasting a piece of bread. I usually only go to this Subway every once in a while for lunch. I would go more often if they had their act together.

This Subway is sub-par. The«sandwich artists»(my brother always wanted to be one growing up because it says that on their polo) apparently have extreme difficulty in building a proper sandwich. They’re messy, often put on the wrong ingredients, and didn’t heat up my chicken sandwich today– it was gross. Even though it’s fast food, it always seems to take forever for me to get in and out of there. Luckily they have a decent number of tables and chairs so I can camp out and read for a bit.
