this is not the Subway you want to get your sandwich at, especially with a bathroom in the middle of the seating area. If you order any topping or dressing on the side, they give it to you in a giant styrofoam cup because they apparently do not have the little plastic containers that come with lids… Won’t be going back to this place.

I was hungry and this literally fell in my lap! Ordered my usual: roast beef on honey wheat. There was only one person there — this is a teeny, tiny location. I would hate to be here during lunch hour.

This is decent if you want to pick up a sandwich and leave, but I wouldn’t recommend sitting here to have your meal. It’s small, inadequate seating, and the workers aren’t very friendly. That being said, it’s Subway, and it pretty much tastes the same as any other Subway you’d go to. It’s not extraordinarily bad, but it’s not out of this world either. I’d recommend the Subway in Tenleytown on Wisconsin Ave over this place… but if you’re in the Cleveland Park area and need something quickly, it works.

This place is right outside the exit of the Cleveland Park metro, so it is convenient, that is the only reason I’ve gone here. I’ve only stopped there a few times late in the evening as they’ve been closing up. It is Subway, so that is what you’re getting. I’ve found the consistency of the product to be the same as every other Subway I’ve ever gone to.
I will say though, that some of the employees have been flaky and weird. One time the employees was sitting at one of the tables on the phone, chatting away, while the other employee helped. I will also say that the non-​English speaking can be very frustrating at times.

Whatever, I mean its Subway… but seriously can the workers at least recognize the customers? I swear you could go in and get a sub and they won’t even say a word or recognize you. Every few months a new worker comes in knowing absolutely no English and the same process starts all over again. Whatever, it’s fine… Just be nice!

This Subway is an atrocity. Yes, there is a bathroom right in the middle of the seating area. Worse, while we were there a customer asked the only worker for the bathroom key and she handed it to him and then went right back to making sandwiches without changing her gloves!!!
Hygiene considerations aside, they specialize in stale bread and horrific service. Never again.

Jesus Crist, this is the WORST subway ever, and I have been to many subway’s.My girlfriend and I walked into this Subway and we were like ok this one looks nice (it has an outside sitting area). When we got in, we saw why.
This place is small, there is only two tables to eat on, not only that its next to an alley.
The worker there sucked. She didn’t smile or anything and when we ordered up she gave us the wrong items on our sandwhich.
We sat at one of the table then this door opened up, in between the two tables was a bathroom. A bathroom!
This is the worst subway EVER. I will never rec. this to anyone.
I give this a 1 out of 5.
