Wish I had read the other reviews before eating there. Bad service, even worse food. The employee who makes the subs is slow, puts half as much as she should. And the food is stale.

Worst subway I’ve ever been to. Oven didn’t work. Employee had a crappy attitude. I cannot recommend this location. I wouldn’t send my worst enemy here.

The worst subway ever! The lettuce was welted with brown pieces, the onions were dry, and I asked for a steak and cheese chopped salad and she made a regular one. Then she chopped it after the fact after I reminded her. If this is a franchise corporate need to take a look at what they are doing.
Also I know they measure but it would seem that they are using the wing measurements. I know my subway and I felted robbed even with the spinach.
I wish I had read the reviews before going!

Don’t eat there unless there is nowhere else to eat! Terrible service! Pouting employee! I wish I turned around when I saw her! She kept me waiting for a couple of minutes while she was standing there doing nothing. Another employee yelling at the back of the store.

This is the worst subway I have ever been too. The customer service is horrible, the employees do not handle food with care, they just slap everything on the sandwich. The manager (indian lady with the black hair) always has a horrbile attitude. As a customer I should not have to feel stressed and overwhelmed when I walk in to this subway. My co workers have even mentioned that the service at the subway is horrible. There is one lady who is friendly (older spanish lady) friendly. I feel that she would be even more friendlier and happier if the manager wasnt so nasty.

These sandwich «artists» wouldn’t know what a real sandwich looks like if they were staring at Earl Sandwich himself

I feel terrible leaving such a bad review b/​c I do have an appreciation for Subway. This location unfortunately has the most bitter employee’s (except for one Indian kid who’s the cashier most of the time). They serve you VERY little compared to all the other subway’s I’ve been to. Everyone in line is always saying «a little bit more please».
The food is good, but the service kills it.
Seating? I think there are 4 high bar seats facing 14th Street.
