Something Different Contracting

Very thankful for the hard working crew from Something Different Contracting, who just spent an hour shoveling two feet of snow off of my roof after Snowzilla. David was responsive and communicative, and his crew was thorough. I would definitely use them again for other services.

David just installed some kitchen cabinets, and recessed lighting for me. A few years ago, he renovated a bathroom. In both jobs, the quality of his work was excellent. His crew cleans up after themselves, and his bid was accurate.

I hired Something Different Contracting last year for a bathroom refresh in my condo. The process was fantastic from start to finish! I have some experience in interior design, but David (the owner) really came to the project with some fresh ideas that improved upon my vision for the transformation and were cost-​effective as well.
One of the things that I most appreciated was how clean and conscientious the crews were. The rest of my condo was sealed off with a zip wall enclosure and the space was kept very clean and well-​organized. The quality of the work was extremely high and was done quickly. David also worked well with my budget, so I feel like a got a great bang for my buck. The bathroom was one of the top selling points to the renters who are living there now — it is contemporary and beautiful!
