Kassie — you have such a cute store! I visited this boutique today to try on a couple pairs of shoes to make sure I have the sizes right when the spring line is released in a few weeks. Very nice store — you can tell that a lot of time and thought was put into the design and layout. Plenty of space for customers to try on shoes — even a kids area with a TV(I’m sure that area gets a lot of action on the weekends)! The woman that was working there when I visited was very nice — she offered to track down sizes at other stores and to visit the website to order. Very good customer service for my short visit — impressive! I’ll be back for sure!

I was already familiar with the web site and referred many people to it. I just visited the new Georgetown store. The woman working there, not the owner, is not very customer-oriented. She’s not unpleasant by any means, but she seems completely uninterested in making a sale. When she went back to find shoes for me, I asked for peds. No reply. OK, maybe she didn’t hear. But why are they not offering peds?! I don’t want other people’s fungus in my new shoes! When I was trying on the shoes, she stood at a distance and just stared. She made no comments, and when I mentioned that one pair might be just a bit too big – there was no offer of inserts. I lost enthusiasm for SS and left the store feeling deflated.

If you love shoes, you need to check this place out. The physical location is only open Saturdays, but she has a well known Web site too. The lady who owns this knows a lot about shoes and trends in general. She even designs her own shoes. I saw this store and her own shoe label featured in Lucky magazine, so she is definitely legit.

what a total surprise! this cutie pie boutique totally stands out on this block. the owner has great taste — bettye mueller, delman, etc. also, the sale prices are excellent. $ 75 for delman flats? wow. time saver tip: put your name down at phở 14 for a table, then run next door to shoe shop during the wait.

Love at first sight. You can see for yourself how cute the shoes are on the website. But I am ten times more likely to buy in store rather than online because I want to be sure they fit and feel good. Love love love this store. Hours Saturday 10 am to 5 pm Sunday noon — 5 pm

Hold up ladies. If you like shoes, as I do, then you are going to LOVE this site. Their warehouse is based here in DC, but they are an online boutique only. Oddly enough, even though they bill themselves as a seller of shoes, they also sell skin treatments and stationary(somewhat bizarre) along with a limited selection of bags, eye wear, hats, umbrellas and foot-related gear. Buyer beware: the shoes here are NOT cheap, not by a long shot. How could they be with designers like: Marc Jacobs, Taryn Rose and Pucci? I have two current footwear obsessions — 1) Gambit by Isabella Fiore(on sale for $ 195 from $ 295) and the Tamara by Claudia Ciuti(on sale for $ 235 from $ 470). It isn’t easy having good taste. **OPINIONPRINCESSHOTTIP** On September 26th Simply Soles(along with a handful of other small boutiques) are renting out the former Staples building on M Street, NW in DC near the Key Bridge for a sample sale.
