I was referred to Dr. Haggquist by my mother who went to him for neck pain. She went a few times and then started doing the stretches they taught her at home. I had some minor aches and pains — my wrist from typing all day, and my knees from martial arts — but no real injuries. My first visit was a two hour session with Dr. H himself(I think subsequent visits are usually held with physical therapists, once they know what you need). He identified a couple of problems with my posture and suggested I start lifting heavier weights(squatting, etc.). We spent a while doing stretches and going over proper technique for basic lifts. My only complaint is that it’s kind of expensive, so talk to your insurance company before visiting. Besides that, I definitely recommend Quist.
