Bad bad bad bad bad bad. They are SO annoying. I’ve given them three tries and I’m never ordering from them again. We had a simple order during early evening so it’s not like they were close to closing. We only had two orders of boneless wings(6 or 8 — whatever the small version is). It took them OVER an hour to get it to us and by the time it arrived they were completely cold. I had to call the«restaurant» many times prompting for an answer on whether or not our food was on its way. Too expensive for such terrible service. Not sure how they are with carry out, but DONOT do delivery!

They somehow messed up breadsticks. I love Pizza Hut but I’m convinced you can’t get Pizza Hut in a city. Not only are better options available but I’m sure the location cost causes these city chains to be short staffed

Like any other Pizza Hut branch — a bit better then other branch that do mostly delivery. As clean — but I think they can do better. There pizza is ok — I had better ones(but what you pay its what you get. Overall nice place to grab 2 slices and of you go

I should start by saying I LOVE Pizza Hut pan pizzas. I used to order them all the time when they ran specials because it’s the perfect cheat thing to order on a Sunday then eat off of for several days(though admittedly not healthy). I know it’s not the best pizza around, it’s a chain, and I’m cool with that. However, this particular PH is terrible. I’ve tried to get delivery on multiple occasions, but they can almost never do it or they quote an over 2 hour wait time. I’ve also tried calling in for pickup, but even that seems to be super slow and last time took over 45 min. Super ridiculous and while I love the deals they run and I have a thing for their pizza, it’s just not worth it. Skip out on this and order from one of the other hundreds of pizza options available for delivery in this area of town.

I was surprised that these guys still maintain very poor delivery after these bad reviews? Bad Taste: Pizzas are way below expectation, cold and no peppers Late Delivery: Order pizza and got it after 11⁄2 hour, delivery guy said pizza was dropped but now after reading reviews I realized it wasn’t. Grow up guys, better stop delivering if you can’t. No more orders here.

They messed up my pizza and I caught it when I picked it up. The cashier was very apologetic and showed it to the pizza maker. He offered to remake it right away with no hassle, no calling the manager and no argument. Granted, i did have to wait an additional 10 minutes, but they handled the situation very professionally and quickly. I appreciate that level of service.

I’ve ordered delivery from here a few times now. Reading the other reviewers and their experiences, I must have lucked out. I ordered the pizzas online using some pretty awesome discounts($ 13.98 for 2 medium pizzas with ANY number of toppings that I want) so I never had to interface with the cashier. The pizzas always came in the estimated time, which was 30 minutes twice and 1 hour once(it was legitimately snowing and not just the wimpy 1cm-entire-city-shutdowns-snow). The two delivery men I have had were both very polite and friendly. As far as the pizzas, they have always been hot, fully cooked, and made with fresh ingredients. Was it the best pizza I have ever had? No, but I didn’t expect it to be. If I wanted a gourmet pizza experience, I wouldn’t be ordering from a chain pizza shop. Would I order from here again? My allegiance is with the highest bidder when ordering from a chain pizza shop. So if the price is right(i.e. solid discounts), then yes!

Horrible service!!! I just recieved my order in which was a personal pan pizza with pepperoni and sausage… As if waiting almost an hour wasnt bad enough the delivery driver delivered my food cold, broken up as if he may have dropped it and the worse of them all A STRANDOFHAIR! Im so convinced he dropped my pizza while he’s delivering on a motor scooter. I am highly disappointed with this service smh no respect for people’s food. If you want tossed around food this is the place if not then i suggest you stay as far away from this pizza hut as possible.

I would give this place zero stars if I could. Service is extremely slow. Delivery took two hours on a Sunday afternoon. I live downtown. I don’t understand how Dominos can deliver pizzas in 30 minutes but Pizza Hut cannot.

This is the most disappointing and ridiculous«restaurant» I’ve ever ordered from and Pizza Hut should shut this down — to protect its brand… Every time I’ve called I’m shocked by another thing they do or say… never again!

Delivery was late. Pizza was bad. Staff over the phone were rude. No reason to give this place a shot, it’s not worth your time nor your money. To make matters worse, the day after, my credit card had to be cancelled due to fraudulent charges… coincidence? I think not.

The reviews that I read were very negative about this particular PIzza Hut, but I found a 50% deal on my email and couldn’t resist ordering from here. Somehow, I earned a Maverick badge because I tend to go to places despite terrible Unilocal reviews. Maybe one day I’ll learn my lesson. First of all, the service was decent. The lady at the register was nice, but was not interested in having a conversation. I mentioned how excited I was to try the bacon & cheese stuffed crust and she didn’t even try to respond. Customer service is highly important to the restaurant industry and this needs some work. Another odd thing about this location is that the bathroom is locked and they need to use a key to let you in. I don’t really understand what they are afraid is going to happen if the bathroom door is unlocked? Finally, onto the food. I ordered my food to be ready by 12:15pm for carryout and it was made on time. I was happy about this because many of the reviews complained of delayed service. However, the pizza was not made well. The cheese didn’t even look melted. I ordered a bacon & cheese stuffed crust pizza with pepperoni, beef, and green peppers. Typically, at Pizza Hut in Ohio, the pizza actually looks fresh with crisp ingredients and melted cheese. This was not the case here. I also ordered 8 traditional wings(50% off — I had to indulge). These were excellent — buffalo medium. Delicious! This is the only reason I gave 2 stars to this place. I’m not likely to be coming here again unless I have another 50% deal and I will only be getting buffalo wings.

First and last time ordering from Pizza Hut in DC. Delivery time was over an hour and a half after delivery placed, and over an hour past when delivery time was expected. After an hour, we called the establishment and were told it would arrive shortly. After another half hour passed, we called again and were put on hold for more than five minutes, and once we finally got a hold of someone were told they would arrive momentarily. I explained we were unhappy with the service, and received rude answers. The location is a five minute drive away. The pizza and side were cold when they arrived.

I don’t expect the world of Pizza Hut. However, this is a downtown location and the service is ghetto and terrible. When I came in the cashier rolled her eyes as if it was such an inconvenience to have me walk in. Then when I asked what was the Wednesday wing special she responded«wings» in a sarcastic tone. There are plenty of other great pizza places in the area with much better service.

Horrible customer service and hospitality. Wings were thrown together and handed to us. And pizza was already cold. Better off ordering at dominos next time.

This place is terrible. I’ve ordered from here several times, but the customer service is incredibly shoddy. First two or so orders were just fine, although the second one was beyond the order time. The third time I ordered the delivery guy forgot my Pepsi. I said I’d request a refund. Cue several days worth of email and phone tagging trying to talk to the manager. It really shouldn’t have taken so many attempts at a conversation, just refund my money. Ordered again, hoping things had changed. Nope. They gave me the wrong pizza or forgot to do anything to my pizza. Got a plain cheese personal pan pizza when I wanted toppings on it. The rest of my order was correct though. I complained but did not request to be contacted, after my above experience. Decided to try again, this time with a coupon – it should be okay, right? They did not have waffle fries, did I want to order anything else? Nope. So they re-rang the order and said they would not deliver because the order fell below 10 dollars. I said that it was not my fault the store did not have the item, but the employee said they would not deliver. No apology, no «we can’t do that,» just a bored reiteration of a policy. I said fine, I’ll order breadsticks. 2 minutes, still annoyed, I called to say, cancel the order. Another employee said that the first one had called over the waffle fries. Yes, you idiot, I know, I talked to her. Told them I wanted to cancel the order. Oh, you want to cancel it. Yes. Again, no apology, no acknowledgement, no asking why I was cancelling. I’ve written to Pizza hut and I assume the franchise owner offered me a credit for a large pizza and an apology. I considered asking if this was standard policy, but I am done wasting my time here. This place clearly isn’t worth the trouble. I’ve had much better experiences with the Domino’s that’s in the area.

I don’t actually know how the pizza at this pizza hut tastes. I just want them to stop setting off the fire alarm because it affects my office and standing outside in freezing, frigid, way too cold weather is not cool. (This is not the first time our alarm has been set off by them btw — it happens all the time. I just hit my patience limit today because it is so cold)

After ignoring Pizza Hut for a year despite its proximity to the office, I ordered a personal pan pizza today. I know, it’s Pizza Hut, so I wasn’t expecting gourmet, but the pizza is pretty bad, even compared to peers like Papa John’s and Domino’s. Super greasy, and just doesn’t taste good. At least it’s cheap($ 5 after tax with 2 toppings). Also, the woman at the counter acted as if I were inconveniencing her by having to ring me up. And, when I paid for my online order and gave my name, she used a rude tone to ask me what I ordered(WHY?!). She seemed generally annoyed to be Pizza Hut; and so was I.

Welp, it’s Pizza Hut. I guess there are always«deals» advertised on TV and online. Prime example: they were giving away the new pizza sliders to everyone who came in on 2⁄5 between 5−7pm since the word«hut» was said during the Superbowl over the weekend. I figured, what the heck, I’ll try one. It was the same(meh) quality of a large pizza, just in a tiny size — think even smaller personal pan pizza. I shouldn’t have been surprised. I’ve had Pizza Hut from time to time and usually get a C+ quality. I haven’t ever ordered delivery so I can’t speak to the quality of that service, but the in-store service is pretty lacking. Like other people mentioned, the staff take their time in greeting you, taking your order, and making it. As in, they run on their schedule, not yours. It is probably only a spot you should go to if you are looking for cheap drunk munchies.
