I freaking hate this location. They take 2hrs to bring my wings & pizza. Than the wings has no shade in their for me to eat them with. So now I’m still sitting here hungry. I call them to complain the manager hangs up on me. Tells me he’s going to send the driver back out to me later. I won’t later. I ask for a time he hangs up on me again. I call back they now have me on hold forever. Now I understand what they employees and establishment is so ghetto. I will be reporting them to corporate. Go to the capital hill location.

Unfortunately living in SE you are very limited to places that will delivery. I’ve had issues with this place before. However, last night was the final straw. I placed an order last night. The driver called me at 9:04pm to tell me come down stairs. So I go downstairs and I’m waiting for the driver. At 9:08 I call the driver and he doesn’t answer. I call back at 9:10 no answer. I finally call the store and was placed on hold… waited and was placed on hold again so the cashier could call the driver. The driver tells the cashier he told me to come outside. All I had to do was walk downstairs. How much time did I need? Needless, to say the driver finally arrived about 9:22. He asked how I was… I told him about my fustration with service he provided. I told him he shouldn’t have called me if he wasn’t outside. And at the very least he should have called me or picked up my call not just the stores call to let me know he wasn’t outside and would be to my place shortly. He apologized. The KICKER… I decided prior to him arriving… I wasn’t going to tip due to the lack of customer service. So after he finishes up my transaction, he asked about a tip. He stated, since he brought the food to the door of the building(not my unit!), I HAD to tip! I told him I didn’t have to tip him anything. I can’t believe he had the nerve to ask for a tip, after I just explained how fustrated I was with the service he provided. There is no law that states I have to tip. I will not be utilizing that location again.

First time patronizing this establishment — and the last time. Placed a delivery order and after an hour, called the restaurant. They gave me the run-around. Called twice more… manager said they were busy tonight. What a joke. Never again.

I have ordered delivery service from this Pizza Bolis on Naylor Rd on several occasions but on Tuesday I received the worst service imaginable. I placed an order online as I had done in the past expecting timely and great service as I had received in the past from this location. However, this was not the case. I received a call stating that the driver was outside my home as it has happened before. I came to my town home door looking for the driver. I called back after not seeing him to be told he was in his car. I said okay I live in the townhome possibly in the courtyard as I thought it was a new driver not familiar. After a few words, I realized he wasn’t confused about the location just refusing to come to my home. He proceeded to tell me, a then loyal customer, that he wanted me to walk to his car to pay him and get my items. I said«excuse me» I have ordered several times here before and never have I been asked to come to a strange man’s car to exchange monies fir my purchase. He then told me he doesn’t deliver/fer out his car in SE. I said«excuse me» I have had multiple people deliver to my townhome without incident. I live in a great, secure neighborhood with no threat of harm. He said again I don’t get out of my car in SE. I was appalled! I then called the store to speak to thd manager who sided with the deliver, both of foreign decent, to say his drivers don’t get out the car in SE. I asked since when because I call for delivery there often. He said«yes» we recognize your number as a customer here. I said so wait… your location in in SE but you refuse to fully service the people whom patronize your location in SE. He said it’s up to the driver but sided with the driver. This is the manager I spoke with who astonished me even more offering no resolution knowing I was a repeat customer. I live in a professional, well maintained, highly visible and structured community mixed primary with working career professionals and yes in SE Washington, DC. I will not patronize a place who deems my community and it’s store location as less than and not worthy of full service without incident. They lost a customer in me.
