Came super fast. It was ok. I really wanted crushed peppers and they ignored or forgot that request. The garlic sauce they brought however was yummy with the crust. May order again if there’s nothing else

After moving into my new place, I got a coupon advertising a free medium cheese pizza with an order of $ 15 or more. We ordered a platter of wings to get the deal. The pizza was mediocre and the wings were awful! They were soggy and completely tasteless. I have never ordered wings from a pizza place and not wanted to finish them. On top of that, the wings were very overpriced at 12 pieces for $ 17.99, making the deal pretty much useless. Definitely not ordering from this place ever again.

Bottom line: pizza is the way to go if you must eat here. I’ve ordered delivery from here three times: twice for pizza, once for spaghetti and meatballs. Delivery service: Prompt and polite. No complaints. Pizza: Is pretty good, but no better than Domino’s/Papa John’s/other chain restaurants. I had a small cheese pizza for my first order, which was pretty good. On a separate delivery order, I had the pepperoni, which was just okay – crust was a little soggy and pepperoni was bland and low quality. Spaghetti and Meatballs: Actually atrocious, but I guess that’s why you shouldn’t try to order Italian food for delivery. The whole meal was no better than something you’d get at a cafeteria – pasta was overcooked and soggy, sauce was extremely watery and tasted like nothing, meatballs were bland and totally flavorless with a weird texture – kind of like Chef Boyardee meatballs. Yuck. To top it all off, they deliver the spaghetti in an aluminum takeout container – which would normally be fine, but for some reason the whole meal had a metallic taste to it, like it had been cooked in that container or something. Get the pizza if you’re going to eat here, but honestly, there is MUCH better pizza than this in any DC neighborhood.

Not certain as to which location made the delivery but my order was fries, steak and cheese, 2 liter Pepsi. Delivery person sent 52 liter Pepsi, no fries… called immediately was told money would be returned, no one has shown up yet after 40 minutes. Hate doing business with establishments run by foreigners!!! All of a sudden no one knows who took the order and I was hung up on. This action calls for local media attention to receive my refund! So disappointed due to poor customer service! Better Business Bureau will hear from me as well!

Delicious! Ordered from a hotel because they were close, not expecting much, but it arrived fast and hot and the delivery man was very nice. Will definitely order again when I move to DC!

There was a hair in my pizza. I called for a refund and the manager was very rude. Although I was offered a refund, the manager insisted on someone coming to my apartment to pick up the rest of the pizza, which is very inconvenient. Stingy on toppings. Will not order again.

From out of town and needed an East Coast pizza fix. Pizza was delivered to my hotel hot and delicious. The green salad was fresh and it was delivered on time and reasonably priced.

I’ve been a frequent customer of this particular Pizza Boli’s for about five years, and honestly, I’m addicted to their white pizza. Trying the white pizza at other Boli locations has left me disappointed. I was going to give them three stars for this reason alone. Even though their delivery is hit or miss, I always tip the drivers very well. Whoever packs up the food, though, frequently forgets small things like salad dressing when you order it for something other than a salad, yet I am still charged. I knocked down my rating to two stars, though, because everything on their menu seems to have increased by $ 1 in the past month. I’m sorry, but six mozzarella sticks from a bag you got from a frozen foods company are *not* worth $ 6.99; nor is a small pizza worth $ 9.99.

Driver texted me to berate me about how I forgot to give him a tip. Which I did do, but with the Eat24 app. Don’t know his name, but here’s his phone number in case he’s your delivery guy(202) 787‑9755.

food is ok. mediocre at best. they were late to deliver and forgot my Ranch. I left a great tip +20% before realizing they forgot the ranch I specifically ordered. they offered to come back but said it would take another 45 minutes.

I ordered the gyro salad. It was supposed to come with«a meditteranean blend of grilled meat». It had what looked like brownish dried lunch meat that may have been dog meat. It was absolutely awful. Def not worth the $ 9 for the salad. I had to throw it all in the trash. I also waited an hour for my order. Ordered thru Grub hub and it was delivered 15 min past estimated time. Garbage.

So I thought I would give it a «GO» again at this particular Pizza Boli’s; although, only out of convenience to be disappointed again! The spicy chicken wings was gorgeous to the eye ONLY with no favor, no taste of spice or anything else for that matter and the same goes for the jalapeño poppers… No favor and No hot! I don’t understand how jalapeño peppers are not hot! Even with the seeds removed, jalapeño peppers are still hot and spicy! I’m not even sure what was stuffed inside then, but it was not cream cheese. Next time I will be sure to inconvenience myself and go elsewhere! Really disappointed and out $ 15.00!

Food is DELICIOUS. I’ve ordered subs from here several times and they are everything I want in a sub: lots of meat, piping hot, buttery/toasted buns. French fries are cooked until perfectly crispy. I knocked a star off because I have to convince the driver to take the elevator up to my apartment, which causes some tension sometimes… but not enough to keep me from eating here. Great place for lazy day or late night eats.

I’m so disappointed in Pizza Bolis. I’m giving them a 3-star because I really enjoy their cheese steaks. However, today, I ordered a turkey sub and my husband ordered the Italian meatball sandwich. I hate to complain, so all I will say is that both sandwiches were not good. They were dry and lacked flavor. We both ended up throwing our meals away. What a waste of money.

After having some extremely disappointing delivery I figured it was time to voice my appreciation for Pizza Bolis. I’ve had the pizza here several times and it’s just mediocre. It usually arrives hot and quickly but I’ve waited over an hour for pizza a few times as well. What I really want to rave about are the chicken strips though. I read another reviewer’s assessment of the strips and promptly order some for myself. I wasn’t disappointed at all. Ever since I have discovered their crunchy, delicious seasoned, hot strips I’ve never had a bad experience. And their honey mustard sauce is perfection. Best of all even though it says you get 3 strips for only $ 6.99 they usually throw 4 or 5 in the bag. And they’re large strips so it’s well worth the price. So what I’ve learned as I munch on these clearly subpar chicken strips(that literally cost DOUBLE the price for less chicken) is that I had a good thing and Pizza Bolis strips… I promise to never forsake you again if you’ll just take me back!

The only choice was cheese or pepperoni, but they were well worth it. AWESOMEANDCHEAPLATENIGHTSNACK! When they say jumbo, they really do mean«JUMBOSIZE» Cheese slice– $ 5.00 or Pepperoni slice for $ 5.50 Since one slice was so large, my friend and I shared 1 slice of the biggest pepperoni pizza slice in the world(bigger than 2 paper plates)! But it only had 10 pepperoni pieces. I was surprised at how delicious it was. The crust was thin and not doughy, and the pizza was not oily at all. Ever since that night, I’ve been craving for this late night snack. There are many JUMBO Slices in DC, but this is THEBESTONE!

To be fair, this place probably deserves about 3.5 stars. But I gave Paradiso 4 stars, and it’s just not in the same league. For what it is(cheap, fast, and pretty good), Boli’s is a great option for football games or for late night pizza. I got two XL one topping pizzas for $ 20 and everyone enjoyed it, and it was just enough food. The crust is a little soggy – my only real complaint. I wouldn’t take out-of-towners here, and I wouldn’t order for special occasions – but the $$ value is solid and I will definitely be back sometime in the near future.

Had Boli’s for the first time last night. Solid pizza, good service, and great price. Not the best pizza I have ever had, but definitely a place I will go back to when I am craving a good pie. It helps that they are right around the corner from my apartment! Also, I love that you can order online and it’s still ready in 15 minutes. My husband had the Italian Cold Cut sandwich and absolutely loved it. He actually said it was the best simple sandwich he has ever had. At 8-inches the thing is huge and a full meal in and of itself. It was also visually appetizing and had a great amount of meat, cheese, veggies, and condiments — not too much and not too little. My husband has been craving the sandwich for a week now, so I know we’ll be back.
