I purchased a Groupon for carpet cleaning on 2÷3÷2015. I called twice on 2÷3÷2015 and once on 2÷4÷2015, and no one has called me back. I’m working with Groupon now on getting a refund, however I would not recommend this company as they can’t be bothered to call customer back.

They TRIED to Rip me off!!! After buying a Groupon, I went to schedule an appointment. At the end of the call, the scheduler tells me that, aside from the Groupon cost, I will have to pay another $ 50 for their carpet treatment. What!!! There was no mention of this on the Groupon website. When I told her that was no where in the fine print or the description of services(as she said it was), she said they could not complete their end of the deal without the $ 50 added fee. No way! Called Groupon and got my money back. I can see this is one of those nickel and dime you situations and not a company that I want to work with.
