They provided 2 flowers for my ceremony, boutonnieres, bouquets, and corsages and they came out sooooo beautiful. My contact was Stephanie S and she was sooo great to work with. She was very understanding of my budget. If I had more fund for the flowers, I would not hesitate to use them!!! They deliver such meticulous and beautiful flowers. Good job!

Received my birthday flowers on Dec. 16th, by Dec. 17th all the flowers were dead. Also, they did not deliver the balloons that were a part of the order. When I called the next day, there was no apology, and they said they would send me a replacement the next morning(after I sent a picture of the dead flowers!). Waited until 4 pm on Thursday, and the flowers still did not arrive. I called and cancelled the order completely. No apology from the supervisor. Horrible customer service.

Greenworks had not one, but two in-person consultations for my wedding, which I would have thought were great, if they had meant anything in the end. All of that meticulous planning was for nothing. Our«mock-up» centerpiece looked VERY different from the actually final product, and the specific flowers I wanted for my girls’ hair were completely ignored – they just gave us extra men’s boutonnieres! There were also lots of pink flowers, which we never talked about and I had not wanted. Perhaps worst of all, because they happily have their money, they refuse to talk to us about any of these errors. I know it’s after the fact and nothing can be done, but the fact that they are completely unresponsive now that they have been paid is really sad. There are tons of great florists in DC. USESOMEONEWHOWILLCARE!

I typically love Greenworks Florist, but my Valentine’s Day roses are horrible. They came on Monday — so no excuse for the snow storm. The flowers are in terrible condition, dried and will not last for a few more days. It looks like a bug ate most of the leaves. Very disappointed and won’t by from this location again. It’s a same b/c I know this place is expensive.

DONOTUSE. My flowers cost nearly $ 200 and I’ve seen flowers inna state of disarray and dying until I received valentines day flowers from GreenWorks. I received 16 – 17 tulips all open some dying other limp holes eaten into the foliage the water was murky with floating debris and the Teeda inside the bowl were filled with dirt. The bowl was tacky full of water spots and dingy. Upon arrival the box holding the flowers were soaked and only 60% of the water remained in the bowl. I emailed them and ask that they replace the arrangement and/or credit the account 6 days ago and they never responded.

Ordered the princess arrangement for my daughter’s birthday. I asked if the flowers could be delivered as soon as possible because my daughter is away from family on her special day. The arrangement was stunning and my daughter was delightfully surprised! The flowers were very similar to the ones pictured on the website and were very tastefully arranged. Unfortunately the Ficus we ordered for my friend turned out to have a root infection and is dying. Less than 1 month after it arrived, it started losing tons of leaves so much so that our office plant service had to replace it altogether. :(So unfortunate… I really wanted to like this place and use them again.

Spent forty five dollars on an unimpressive arrangement. half the flowers were wilted. The color arrangement was random and looked like they had been put together haphazardly using a bunch of leftovers. location was in an alleyway and very difficult to find.

I was on a mission for fresh flowers for the boutique so I made my way to Greenworks. It’s a small shop that appears to have a lot more gifty pieces than actual flowers, at least in the front. I asked the man at the counter if they had any fresh cut flowers available. He was kind enough to note that he wouldn’t feel comfortable selling me the flowers in the refrigerator, knowing they weren’t the freshest. I appreciated his candor and honesty: something that is truly rare in the customer service industry today. He even gave me directions to a nearby flower shop that he thought would be able to help. I’ll definitely use Greenworks in the future, knowing how much they care about the quality of their product.

while they have nice flowers and make ok arrangements, the service of this place is horrible. I ordered an arrangement online and even though I called them to check if they got my online order and them confirming a same day delivery the flowers were not delivered. When i checked in the next day they didn’t even say they were sorry for the mess up. A pricey place like this should definitely be more friendly and have better and more professional customer service. [ok, I think i should update the review. after I sent an email to Greenworks, complaining about the bad customer service, I got a call back from them telling me that they would send me a complimentary flower arrangement to my address. since the flowers are actually really nice and of pretty high quality, especially compared to most other flower stores in the US, and they certainly upped their customer service game, I will change my rating from one start to three stars.)
