I received the same results as the other reviewers… this outfit is unprofessional, uncommunicative, and do not deserve to be in business given their absolute uncaring attitude about customers. I too had an Amazon local coupon and after numerous broken promises, appointments, & unanswered e-​mails I simply gave up in frustration & anger. I was fortunate that Amazon was kind and professional to enough refund me the amount of the voucher even thought it was over 6 months old. Don’t even think of trying this company — in this particular business they are the worst I have ever experienced.

These people are terrible! They scheduled us but never show up. We try to contact them for a month and still no responses. Worse off all we bought their service through livingsocial and no one seems to care that we have no services or responses. I highly recommend to NOT use this company or purchase anything from them through livingsocial.

ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE! Impossible to reach. Started calling in March, finally got them to put me on the schedule for 10/​23, but they never showed up. Although 10⁄23 was a gorgeous sunny day, I thought maybe they’d come on my rain date 10/​25, but they did not & will not return any calls/​emails. Do not use this company.

This company is HORRIBLE. Same service, or lack there of, as others. Paid for it, had date (and backup date) scheduled. Those dates came and went with no service. Emails and phone messages were left totally unanswered. Complete fraud. Luckily Amazon is good with their refunds and customer service!

Here is your warning: stay away from this company. I have long since paid for service that has never been performed. Meanwhile, I can get no response to phone messages or email over 1.5 months. This company is very obviously in trouble and failing. What they are doing now can very generously be described as fraud.
