Grainger Industrial Supply

The staff at Grainger is great — helpful, friendly, and customer focused. For more industrial type needs, I recommend Grainger over Home Depot or Lowes. I came in trying to find caster wheels and pipe fittings for a rolling kitchen island project and found what I needed. While my items had to be ordered, the staff was helpful and made the process simple.

Can’t say enough great things about the customer service and employees here. Purchase hvac and electrical items here all the time. Everyone is more than happy to offer assistance, take their time, and help me find a solution to my issues. Items are a little pricey but, I would choose Grainger any day over HD, Lowes, or any other supply house.

Went to this please yesterday and Mr. Carl ******* treated me like a piece of garbage, never make eye contact with me, never acknowledge me when he was busy chatting with his friend, his friend was more corteuos than him, and even after he started to «help me» he keep on talking to his friend and several times stopped looking for the tool, when I asked him about the tool i was looking for he started to ask questions instead of answering my questions, he doesn’t know how to listen or interact with customers. I tried to look at his book by swinging it to mi side and he took it back to his side.
I got tired of his bad attitude and ask for the store manager, and guess what Mr. Store Manager was «too busy to talk to a customer»
After I left that place I called the manager left him a message an after about 20 minutes he return my call, told him what happen and he said «Carl never have any complains» «what can I do for you to make you happy» «can I order the tool and send it to you»
Wrong answer Mr. Manager, you need to get back to me and update him about the situation, let me know what you are doing about this incident
Never go back to this place anymore, and maybe grainger to, you can buy pretty much everything on line

Grainger is a great place to get what you need in a short time if the stock isn’t there, I like going there because the counter staff is always very courteous and very knowledgeable on what I’m looking for, they ask questions to make sure you’re getting the right product that you’re looking for.
