I’ve been seeing Dr. Grace for decades and would gladly refer anyone. He is honest and forthright about procedures and billing with no hard sell tactics and often does cleanings himself to check on things. I was in a bike accident nearly 20 years ago and needed multiple root canals, crowns and a bridge after shattering 7 teeth when my chin hit the sidewalk. He saved teeth that were cracked to the gum line and were questionable(I was afraid I would need expensive implants) and I still have all the crowns he put in, in great condition! I hope he never ever retires.

Dr. Grace has been my dentist for over two years and I have been very happy with his care. He is exceptionally good at explaining what he will be doing and what next steps are needed. He also has been sensitive to questions I have about pricing and I have never felt pressured into any unwanted/unneeded care. As for pain experienced during and after dental work, I have never had an issue — if anything, I’ve experienced less pain with him than I have any other dentist. If you are looking for a new dentist, Dr. Grace should be the first person you call.

I’ve been seeing Dr. Grace now for over 10 years. I’ve never had a problem with his work. He explains everything to me and I must say I floss now more than ever. I’ve referred numerous coworkers and friends to him and all of them have been very pleased. I’m very pleased with Dr. Grace and most highly recommend him.

My husband suggested that I try Dr. Grace and I was incredibly happy at first. Dr. Grace is amazing and very thorough and his dental assistant is beyond wonderful. Indeed, I would keep going to them forever but I am changing dentists because the front office is not well run. I am not sure if it is the secretary’s fault or if she does not have enough support but the resulting frustration is just not worth it. Here is a list of what has happened to us: –For my second appointment I called to confirm and was told that I was not even on the books. –My husband called the office on three separate occasions for the paperwork needed for a deep cleaning dental surgery and each time the secretary told us that the paperwork would go out this week. –When I tried to transfer the records to a new dentist I asked when I could pick up my records and the secretary said that she was busy and did not know when she could get to it. I think the average client who does not need referrals or paperwork from this office will have a good experience — maybe the occasional miss-scheduling but nothing serious. However, anyone who might need anything involving paperwork or someone to follow up with them will not be pleased.

I hate going to the dentist. I really do. But Dr. Grace and his staff are as good as it gets. I got work done there recently, and I always felt I had all the information to make informed decisions about my teeth. Dr. Grace even suggested several procedures that were less expensive, unlike the typical medical salesmanship I get from so many health care professionals in the Washington D.C. area. I’m telling all my friends to change dentists. You should, too.

I love that Dr. Grace is straightforward and honest. I’ve been going to him for four years now, and I am always impressed with how much he sticks to my insurance. I’ve had bad experiences with dentists trying to sign me up for unnecessary procedures in the past. Yes, he’s a bit painful, but my teeth have never felt so clean.

This dentist is pretty busy, has a great assistant, and a fabulously nice office manager/receptionist so he has a good clientele going, but he’s pretty painful. Hopefully, that means he’s doing his job, and I just need to buck up, but it’s still pretty miserable. Now that I’ve been seeing him for a year and a half, and he’s gotten me to floss almost every single day, all the sudden have a cavity when I’ve only ever had one other cavity in my entire life, and that hasn’t even been since I was a teenager(10 years ago). I’m kind of skeptical, but he is a trained professional and I just just pay up! If anyone has any experience with him, I’d love to hear your feedback. He’s a really nice guy! I’m just nervous about my second-ever filling. :(
