I am glad that I decided to go despite all the negative comments given. I love, love, love my brow shaping. Go see Ms. Ronne for professional, and accurate work. I have FINALLY found the perfect place to get my brows done. =)

I found out about Glamm Lash Bar through a Trubate offer that was $ 60 for $ 150 Semi-Permanent Eyelash Extensions. This was my first experience with lash extensions. I had an appointment for 12:15 pm. She had scheduled another person in at 12:00 pm. I should have known something was up when she worked on us both at the same time. I PAID for the individual silk lashes, but received the $ 60 Eva V Lash extensions instead. I am HIGHLY displeased as I had them done on September 6th and they already have started to fall out in clumps. My main complaint being that this is NOT what I paid for. I paid for the individual lash extensions. This was such a rip off. I complained to Trubates, but have not been refunded for this unfair service. I also emailed Glamm and have not received any type of response. I looked up their offer on Trubates again and they have changed it now to silk lash extensions. ITISNOTWORTH either the $ 60 you pay on Trubates or the $ 150 they offer you normally. I strongly urge you to go someplace else. You can get the same quality at the local nail salons for $ 15. It would have been very different if I had of received the individual lashes, but these were the EVA V lashes.

It’s taken me a minute to get around to writing this review, but i feel it must be written! I made my appointment with Ronnie for the V eyelash extensions and eye brow shape. When I arrived the place was empty and another lady said Ronnie is upstairs and that she will do them for me.(I don’t remember her name.) The experience started off ok, the taping down of the lower lids was a bit traumatic but hey this is what we do for beauty. So, then the problems started. I am laying back having my eyelashes glued and what sounds like 4 – 5 girls come in all loud and sounding drunk. They then went to get the rest of the family with one who i could hear had decided to get their lashes done. Ronnie did hers, but the noise in that place! Maybe it had just been a long week and I didn’t want to hear a bunch of squealing women. It would have been nice to have a curtain or separate room where the eyelashes are done. The person doing my eyelashes insisted I have the longer ones as my eyelashes are so long. I’d wanted the 8 mm ones but I figured she knew what she was doing. They were too long, the glue was thick and clumpy at the base of the eyelashes, the lady would say«ooops that’s not good» and things to that affect whilst doing my lashes. I asked how I would remove them as I’d be on vacation and if I lose a few won’t be able to replace them. She told me they would just come out. They didn’t. I spent two hours with eye makeup removers, creams trying to get them off(a whole clump had come unattached so it looked silly). I now have barely any eyelashes left and have found out she could have given me a remover. I am now wearing false eyelash strips everyday while I wait for them to grow back. I also had the eyebrow shape. This was not an eyebrow shape. Ronnie waxed the underside of the brow(not in between or on the top she just left those bits) and then used dark powder on them to shape. I looked like a drag queen, she had to take some off the powder. Not worth the money, I pay $ 7 at the nail shop and get a better service. I would recommend false eyelashes but I would NOT recommend Glamm. It’s just not professional enough. I have noticed the owner has replied to some people’s reviews, please there is no need to reply to this one!

I went to Kina and I was very disappointed. Her prices did not match her quality of her work. I tried her out for a full install and she charged me $ 250(reg. price $ 300 :-/). When I left the wind blew and my tracks were showing all over. It was a lumpy, bumpy, and loose mess. I came back the next day to have her fix it and she covered a few tracks but it was still just a small fix. The base was horrible and I honestly have seen better work at the Weave Express for $ 50. I took it down and had it redone within a week. Total waste of money. I give two stars because the space was nice and everyone was friendly. I just wish my hair turned out better for what it was worth.

I found out about Glamm Lash Bar through a Trubate offer that was $ 60 for $ 150 Semi-Permanent Eyelash Extensions. The whole experience was terrible for the following reasons: 1. If you make an appointment by phone, you have to go to their website to provide your information — the receptionist on the phone won’t take it. In order to do that online, you have to sign up for an account — NOT a customer-friendly process! 2. The owner called me to come in early saying«she would take care of me» and I ended up waiting for an hour and a half before she got to me 3. Salon is in a terrible location. 4. While waiting, I watched the owner put on the $ 60 lashes instead of the $ 150 individual, silk lashes that was advertised in the Trubate deal(I saw her do this to another customer). 5. For some reason, the owner used Scotch brand tape on my eyes, instead of the comestic tape designed for the procedure(interestingly, as I was walking out, I noticed she used the cosmetic tape on the customer after me). 6. The owner worked on me for about 5 minutes then moved me to her less-experienced apprentice(who had really shaky hands). 7. The lash glue got in my eyes, which really burned. I asked her to stop and asked the owner for a refund. The owner said I had to go to Trubate for a refund. I used my phone to show her the Trubate website that said they had a «no refund» policy, and that I should get the refund from her. She said the website was wrong. I later read the small print on the website, which stated any disatisfaction should be settled with the business owner. Don’t be lured by what appears to be a great deal from Trubate. This is not a business I would recommend to anyone. The owner has been in business a little over a month, and probably used Trubate to build up her customer base. I am a huge supporter of local and small businesses, but I cannot in good conscience recommend this to anyone. I’m sure there are happy customers, and the woman before me was satisfied with her lashes, but overall, this business really disppointed me and I feel it misrepresented its services and ambiance of the salon. It’s much better to pay more for reliable and customer-oriented service.

Love, love, love Glamm Hair & Lash Bar! Definitely a place that I will be going back too! I went there yesterday using a Trubates deal, and was more than satisfied. The owner Ronnie greeted me with a smile and warm personality, and though the wait to get my eyebrows shaped and lashes done took much longer than expected, I did not mind as much since she was lovely company and engaged me through conversation whilst working on her other clients. One of the best eyebrow waxes that I have ever received and the lashes are comfortable, natural looking, and non-irritating. Ronnie is a lovely person and does amazing work, if you are going to go to Glamm Bar, see her!

Love Love Love my Café Glam Lash Extensions. Ronne is very patient and knowledgeable on all things Glam, makeup, waxing, and lashes are just the beginning of her specialties. Please check Ronne & her Amor Mona products at Café Glam. My lashes are the individual silk lashes. They are easy to wear and look full and gorgeous. After a pillow fight accident with my kids(I lost) I had to go back to Ronne for a eye lash emeregency. She was kind and fit me in her schedule quickly. My brows and lashes are the happiest they’ve been in 30 years. Lessons Learned: 1. Pick Miss Ronne for excellent service, reasonable cost and high quality product. 2. Don’t pillow fight while wearing lash extensions.
