Fantastic veggie burger. Next time I will ask for the bun to be toasted. Very delicious. Great customer service. Quickly prepared.

I would give this place 3 stars because my food took 30 minutes! Out of all food court places to pick, why did I pick five guys! After finally getting my food, the woman at the counter was so nice and gave me extra fries and a soda. They also asked me to let them know how my food is and they can try their best to add anything that will make my meal better! They seemed super apologetic and am glad they acknowledged the slow service! Even though they were nice, I would suggest avoiding this food court in general because it is usually so crowded with tourists. For a tourist place, it isn’t bad, but wouldn’t suggest going here unless you were hANGRY like I was!

4 Stars for the food; lowered the star rating because of slow service and inaccurate orders. This location is in the International Square Food Court. Confusing because the header information on Unilocal shows the correct address but the wrong location on the map. As well as transportation information. This location has a stop for Farragut West inside the building. But I digress. The burger’s are tasty and juicy; the fries are my downfall. If I’m alone, I toss at least half of them to avoid overeating; if you’re lucky enough to be dining with me, don’t bother ordering fries — there’s plenty to share. This is a small location but given it’s a food court that is generally crowded at lunch, the wait for food can be very long. Much longer than their standalone locations. I had several instances of the order being incorrect — nothing atrocious, and it generally involved my being undercharged. Tables are generally available at the busiest times. Noise level is deliberately high because there is a huge fountain in the middle of the food court that goes up 2 levels of the building. The Food Court has very clean public restrooms.

Worst service in the Food Court, particularly from the manager. Also the longest wait times. If you come here during your lunch hour, expect it to be cut in half… just like your portions, since the burgers served this location are pretty skimpy relative to the fully loaded burgers most people are accustomed to having at a Five Guys. Unsurprisingly, the prices are nonetheless still inflated. There are plenty of better options in this particular Food Court and in the K/L/I Street vicinity. Save your burger order for another day when you’re at a real Five Guys restaurant.

Came to food court for lunch, and ordered cheese burger with mushroom, tomatoes, etc as toppings. The whole burger is huge, almost couldn’t finish it! The bun was good, the meat was juicy too.

I ate one burger here. I shared french fries. It was tasty. Four napkins used.

We loved five guys. Sadley due to the location they were very expensive, almost $ 2 more per item then other locations(but understandable because they are in the heart of dc). They have the 100+ soda flavor machine(yeah) and as usual their fry portions is huges(regular feed all four of us). They are fast even thru lunch rush, however the bathroom which looked clean was gross(it smelt like dirty clorine water). I would def eat there again, but if you can hold it please do!

Well once you’ve seen one 5 Guys, you’ve seen them all. They do a very select few menu items, but they do them well. Not a red-meat eater, I don’t frequent the establishment that often, but when I do, I grab a veggie sandwich and a huge bag of fries. It’s location is pretty close to where I spend a lot of my time, so it’s convenient. But the food is(per usual fast-food) greasy and fatty. I definitely do not go very often. In addition, they do have pretty significant lines(to be expected for its downtown location), but the staff is able to move through the orders pretty quickly. It’s also located in a food court which is nice to be able to avoid the elements and chat with coworkers or friends.

I don’t get the hype. The burger was small and nothing special. They overload on the fries. Total meh experience.

Good place to go in DC if you ate near the Farragut West Metro. The burgers are made to your liking and the fries are hot but excellent. The size of the burgers have recently started getting smaller. But the taste is good.

The food here is just like every other Five Guys BUT the service here is horrible. I get in before the lunch crowd and it still takes them forever to make my burger! I can actually see them work so slow! They certainly like to test your patience. Their location is a bit odd too– the basement food court of the office building right outside of Farragut West metro.

The hamburgers here tasted great! I like the fact that you receive a lot of food for a good price. The combination of ingredients that you could put on the hamburgers is also a plus for this place. I would eat here if I needed a quick bite to eat. This place comes in second to my favorite hamburger place In-N-Out just because In-N-Outs ingedients taste so much fresher.

Of course you know about Five Guys, and this one is just like all the rest. This place makes, what… 3 things(burgers, hot dogs, and fries)? All of them are well done. My only recommendation is: order online, and there will almost never be a wait. Even if you don’t you are never there very long, but just do it. I mean, why wouldn’t you want your order ready when you get there?!

Close to my office, so I go here occasionally when I’m not in the mood for healthier options. It’s okay. Burgers are kind of greasy and bland, but do the trick when you’re hungry. Their fries could feed a small country in Africa. I don’t think that I’ve ever finished a bag, even when I share with my garbage disposal of a boyfriend. Not to say they aren’t delicious, because they certainly are.

This location is not my favorite, but it’s close to the office — thankfully not TOO close or I’d be a very large girl! I freakin’ love Five Guys and can not get enough. The juicy burgers(fresh never frozen by the way) are damn near perfect. And those fries? Oh, the fries — so yummy. Everyone should have a lil Five Guys in their life!

Five Guys in Georgetown is better by an incredible margin. The lines are LONG, and though they do move reasonably, the wait and the ambiance of the food court make you wish you were up on Wisconsin Ave. If you want the great food, go here, but be warned, it’s just not the same.

Ok. Maybe it’s just me, but I have eaten at Five Guys several times and I’ve had better. The burgers are good and the long lines do move fairly quickly; however, I do not really like the fries and the cashiers definitely are not the friendliest. I have tried one other location with the same results. It’s not horrible. I just think there are better burger places out there.

King of the burger. Simple enough. Volumes has been written on the wonderfulness of Five Guys, so I won’t bore you with that here, i’ll just get into the specifics of this joint here. I only recently found this branch and I love it. they have long lines, though they are generally pretty quick. Plus, you don’t need to drag along friends who aren’t in a Hamburger mood. They are in a food court so those jerks can get whatever they want, and you can get your juicy and delicious burger.

Oh man… they say you never forget your first time. And hmm, I’m feeling sleepy after the fact too :) All right… now, I know everyone raves about Five Guys, but for whatever reason, I was never motivated to go check it out. I make my own burgers at home. And where I work, the Fudd’s is much closer than the FG in Dupont. So color me surprised when I get off the Metro today and notice that there’s a sign for the International Square Food Court(given my wonderful observation skills, the sign was probably there since St. Alban’s Day). Surprise, surprise… there’s a Five Guys there! Rejoice, O those of the Golden Triangle! Now, I went before the lunch hour rush, but there was still a small line. It moves FAST. I think my entire time there from start to finish was maybe five minutes. My burger was piping hot the whole time. Ingredients were nice and fresh… I like being able to taste onion the whole way through and not just a generic vegetable taste. Bacon was crisp, not soggy. Juuuust enough mayo. In fact, the burger was sooo good that I had one of my food blackouts. That’s where I just kinda shut out everything around me, zone in and out, and the next thing I know, I’m done eating without really having any memory of eating it. Kinda like a drug trip, only there aren’t any annoying hippies, there aren’t any drugs, and my office smells like Zino Davidoff and not Birkenstocks and bongwater. The verdict: this sh*t could be habit forming!
