Falcon Appliance

Falcon Appliance is a one man show. I forget his name, but he was very friendly a nice. First I gave him two stars, but actually it really doesn’t warrant two. It was a disaster.
Everything else was a disaster. He came to fix our washingmachine. He broke it instead. To prevent a leak he just drilled holes into the soap dispenser, which esentially just made the situation worse. He couldn’t fix it, had to rush away for another appointment, and then never came back. Very unhappy with the service. Also, he couldn’t center the machine. To help it prevent from shaking he asked me to go into the garden and look for a big stone to put under the machine… hmmmmm… that’s surely not by the book?!?

Falcon came out through my home warranty company to fix my washing machine. He did a great job, and he’s a really nice guy. Very tidy and industrious. Small business owner. Very qualified to do this work. I’d definitely recommend him if you need repair work done.

Falcon Appliance is amazing. I will pick these guys first every time from now on. They’re professional, responsible, friendly, and they won’t leave until the job is done.
Falcon had a repairman out for our washer the very evening we called, and he stayed until our washer was fixed. The washer drum was filled to the brim with brackish water that wouldn’t drain, so Muluken painstakingly took a popcorn bin and scooped the water out into a pot and emptied the pot into our bathtub to drain away. He did this for ~15 pots of water until the drum was drained. Then he pulled apart the entire washer, found the blockage, and cleared it. He made sure the warranty paid for the service. He was friendly, talkative, and explained what was happening at each stage of his repair. I strongly endorse Falcon Appliance’s work ethic and effectiveness.
