DC/PC Computer Support

My computer was running slow and had other assorted issues, so I decided to give Jim a try at DC/​PC and I’m glad I did. Jim was very flexible with scheduling and when he arrived he explained the trouble shooting that he was going to conduct. In the course of the troubleshooting we determined that I should add more RAM, plus I had programs running in the background that could be turned off and other assorted slop that had built up over time. Jim determined the type of RAM needed and even shopped it online in order to find the best price. The best part is that Jim provided free computer diagnostics and cleanup software so that I could do a better job of maintaining the PC myself. At the end of the visit, Jim presented an invoice that itemized everything that was done and accounted for all of his time. Overall well worth the time and money.
