I don’t know about the previous negative review, but I eat from this food truck often. They have excellent and very tasty steak and cheese subs and scrumptious bacon and cheese omelettes.

Wanted a late morning breakfast and this was the only Food truck open at GW Foggy Bottom Campus. From the menu, I ordered a bacon and cheese omelette, but was told only steak and cheese was available. Not wanting that, I asked for just an egg and cheese omelette then was told«no, but why not get a salmon» for $ 7.99 Being hungry I relented, then when it was time to pay, he told me, «No credit cards» so I gave the cook $ 10 and asked for a plastic fork. He told me no plastic utensils were available and waved his hand gesturing the transaction was complete. When I asked for my change, he said, «no change due to tax». So, I asked for a receipt and he acted like he didn’t understand. Frustrated, I asked for his food truck information and began to take the license plate down. That’s when he came out and offered my $ 2 in change. Being so hungry, I ate the salmon omlette, but was too salty to finish. I’ve eaten a my fair share of food trucks in the DC area, this is far and above the worst experience… watch out!!!

Stay away. Oil soaked omelets, crunchy undercooked potatoes, heated bread squirted with oil that is supposed to pass as toast. Just not good at all. Shame, this niche has potential.
